It wasn’t only Obi at that event. Obasanjo was there. Bishop Kukah was there. These two men said similar things as Obi did. But the old fool, Bayo Onanuga, singled out Obi for criticism asking him to watch his mouth. If Obi doesn’t watch his mouth then what? You think Peter Obi is Nnamdi Kanu? FAFO (fvcck around and find out). Ndi ala! |
Lol |
Haters of Igboland are in tears and severe pains as they will forever no longer see dirty pictures of Aba to post. God bless Alex Otti. Thunder fire all Igbo haters |
Perfect analogy |
Alliswell248:I must have hit a nerve. Eyaaaa |
Funny enough I agree with you. I’ve expressed same view to close pals. State of Emergency in Rivers is Wike’s loss. Fubara may have his own losses too but Wike is the biggest loser. First, when they come back after 6 months, I don’t see the possibility of the House Members continuing with impeachment proceedings against Fubara. Everybody will just see them as the aggressors and I don’t think it will augur well with them. That means Fubara finishing his tenure like we told the fools who were expecting Fubara to be impeached. And lastly, who even said a retired military General is ‘Wike’s boy’? That they have a couple pictures together doesn’t make him Wike’s boy. Who is Wike to give instructions to a retired Rear Admiral of the Navy? Like you said, Tinubu may have played Wike. |
helinues:I always stand on the side of justice but not so with you. The side you support always seem to find a way to win dirty against my honest predictions supposing things were to work as they should. But guess what, I’m not, and will never be, ashamed of always standing on the side of justice and fairness. And I don’t envy your dirty victories. Do enjoy it while it lasts. |
helinues:Those who built the Titanic bragged, “not Even God can sink this ship”, but guess what, it sank on its first voyage. So, I like how you lots think nothing can sink Tinubu. Game on! |
Sowore is an idiot working for Tinubu. Take him seriously at your own peril. Dude spends more time opposing his fellow opposition members than he spends criticizing the evil regime of Tinubu. He never takes Peter Obi out of his mouth but rarely talks about Tinubu. If Sowore wants Nigerians to take him seriously, he should go and become a Governor first or even Senator or House of Rep member. Let’s see him demonstrate at a microcosmic level what he passionately wants to bring to the macrocosmic level. Obi stands tall today because we have seen what he can do. That’s the difference. |
When everyone is wrong and you are the only one right, you are either a saint or a fool. But being that the living cannot be a saint, it is always that you are a fool. Yea, every Nigerian of good conscience, including Soyinka of all people, has said Tinubu was wrong but the fool and his urine drinkers is insisting that everyone is wrong and he alone is right. Foolishness! |
When we say Tinubu is controlling these political parties, this is what we mean. State of Emergency was included in the constitution to be the last resort in time of crisis and not the first point of call. But Tinubu made it his first point of call in Rivers and a so called opposition party is defending him. Nigeria is funnier than a joke. |
Churchroots:And when it was eventually time for it to work, you people started opposing it because of your urine dispenser’s blending plant in Malta. Why? |
helinues:All thanks to Nigerians. Left for Tinubu and his Malta Blending Plant, Dangote Refinery wouldn’t have seen the light of the day. |
Spinflow:No part of Igbo land belongs to Fulani. Be guided |
If they start charging VAT on every skull mined, Southwest Nigeria will be the richest region in Africa. Erudite skullers 😏 |
mangolpupa:But I thought the Fulanis are no longer in charge. Why are those in power still pandering to them to the extent of allowing them cause havoc everywhere? |
santaclaws:But I thought Mba established some indigenous security force. |
mangolpupa:That’s the annoying thing. Self defense seems to have vanished from Nigerian law. You remember the Supreme Court recently affirmed death sentence for an Adamawa who killed a Fulani herdsman. Is it a hopeless situation? |
Is it that Mba is helpless or what is he doing to arrest this ugly trend? Or was this part of the deal he cut before they helped him steal Edeoga’s mandate? |
APC doesn’t have the numbers to give Tinubu the 2/3 majority he’s looking for. And even inside APC, not all senators might vote in favour of the illegality. So, I hope the Senate embarasses Tinubu. It will be the most shameful thing to have ever happened to a president since return to democracy. Fingers crossed |
Truths9ja:They used voice vote? Are they joking? It’s obvious the Senate might toe the same line. |
fergie001:Tinubu doesn’t have intelligent people around him. He has surrounded himself with cocaine sniffers. I’ve asked the question before, does the fact that Obasanjo did it during his tenure justify Tinubu doing it now? And this is someone they tout as a fighter for democracy. I hope the NASS embarasses him. |
Normally, the opposition lawmakers have the numbers to ensure that this Tinubu’s unconstitutionality fails at the National Assembly but they are all coward right there. But one thing I’ll say is that Tinubu has fetched an anti-infested firewood and should wait for the horrendous visits of lizards. We warned you fools |
Creamcrest:Obasanjo, a retired military General fought the Niger Delta creek boys for 8 years and never defeated them. But you think it’s a urine dispensing drug lord with no real loyalties that defeat them. Even the Tompolo and the guys you are banking on, have you confirmed where their loyalty really lies? For lack of foresight, you people and your drug lord will suffer sever consequences. We told you we don’t play Baba Sope politics down here but you think you can coarse us into it. You will learn. |
Tinubu, for lack of tact, has eroded the peace Yaradua fought hard to bring in Niger Delta. You think the retired Rear Admiral will save Rivers? Go and ask if all the Generals thrown at Northeast were able to save Borno from Boko Haram. We warned…. A fire has engulfed two NNPC flow stations at Cawthorne Channel 1, located near the boundary between Bonny and Degema LGA in Rivers State.https://x.com/ph_socials/status/1902300787130114106?s=46&t=2AB_wrBea-oBYJf5ZCFV-A

helinues:How are circumstances different? Has the law changed? |
Factcheck0001:I mean military hangover because Obasanjo is a retired Military General and former Head of State. So, people can understand when he exhibited some military inclination and the urge to rule by decree because he had done it before. But what is Tinubu’s excuse? The so called fighter for democracy plunging into undemocratic acts. Aren’t you all ashamed? |
What supporters of Tinubu has been using to defend his unconstitutional action in Rivers State is that Obasanjo did it in Plateau and Ekiti States during his tenure. They have gone on rampage posting pages of newspapers that reported the declaration of States of Emergency in the two states and the suspension of the governors. But the big question is, “does the fact Obasanjo carried out those actions then makes it right for Tinubu to do the same now?” If anything, Obasanjo was president few years away from military rule. So those actions can be counted as part of military hangover early into the return to democracy. But what is Tinubu’s excuse? That 24 years into our democracy, he’s carrying out action akin to a military dictator. And this is someone whose one of his selling point is that he fought for democracy. Is this the tenets of democracy in his book? Did Tinubu support Obasanjo when he declared States of Emergency in those two states then? Why would he now use same act as yardstick for his unconstitutional actions? Does two wrongs make a right in the books of Tinubu Supporters? |
fergie001:Do you think this could last beyond 6 months? |
Ride on Sir! The man they could not impeach. They had to cowardly go through the back door to impose State of Emergency. But that’s the most they can do. After 6 months, or less, Fubara will be back on his seat and no vagabonds will ever threaten him with impeachment. We don’t do Baba Sope politics in the better South. And we never will. |
Zamfara has been in turmoil since the last days of Buhari’s presidency with Bandits recording videos and posting on TikTok and even sacking a whole village, Tinubu did not declare state of emergency. Herdsmen has continued to massacre people in Benue but Tinubu did not declare state of emergency. But 2 pipeline explosions in less than 48hrs in Rivers and he declared state of emergency and unconstitutionally declared the suspension of an elected governor. Tinubu and his supporters are cowards. We told you that can’t impeach Fubara. And knowing fully well that you can’t impeach Fubara, you chose the cowardly way out. But still I double dare Tinubu and his fools to impeach Fubara if they are men. They shouldn’t go through the back door. |
