1) fbi went to court via exparte motion freezing tinubu accounts not a formal court proceedings.tinubu never appeared in court.him and the fbi reached a deal that was supervised the court.nobody was found guilty of anything..

2) oga, inec form if asks have you ever voluntarily acquired citizenship elsewhere? It does not ask whether you have dual citizenship.spot the diff kid. He said no.atiku must prove this is false sufficiently that tinubu is a citizen of guinea by registration or naturalization.

3) the court clearly said shettima resignation took place when he submitted his form to apc on the 6th of july.i hope when obi is fined, you will partake in the payment
All these things are technicalities.

What is indisputable is that Tinubu forfeited drug money; so he dealt/deals on drugs.

He has Guinean Citizenship.

Whatever argument around these things are but technicalities.

And by the way, why is he running from pillar to post trying to prevent his CSU record from being released to Atiku?

I told you lots said he graduated with First Class? Why doesn’t he want the world to see he First Class certificate?

It is obvious that having not passed judgement up till now after the adoption of addresses, most likely Tinubu is guilty. Whenever judgement is delayed, the big man is guilty. This is clear reasoning.
Well, for me, I feel like the judges have a large volume of evidence that were presented to them that they need to go through in order to arrive at an informed judgment.

I have confidence that they will do the right thing.

But if they don’t, we’ll see what happens next.

It absolutely reeks of hypocrisy that Gringory Obi is going around talking about how to fix Nigeria, but his track record shows that he is only interested in his own success and not the success of others.

Sir Tntsi, how can Pandora Pete, as a former Governor and Chairman of a bank, and a multinational corporation, not have people you mentored following you around? None of his predecessors or successor governors of Anambra State be it Apga or pdp included, We know people in his cadre who still have those who worked with them while they were governors, ie Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but in his case.

None of his commissioners has been heard of, or seen in his team or around? Perhaps, after Peter Obi, there will not be another person who represents the values he claims, That is not a good leadership example.

Please I await your reply, or Racoon could help you in explaining huh
Obi will never allow anybody follow him around like that except when it’s absolutely necessary.

You think it’s everyone that plays Tinubu’s brand of Baba Sope politics or get their validation from the hailings of the crowd?

Breaking; #Chad: An explosion rocks Kouribouguidi's main military base, currently housing the head of the military junta and his top military commanders

The explosion on two Chadian army fuel tanks resulted in a heavy toll of deaths and injuries.
The damage also extended to some military vehicles, which are now reduced to ashes.

The cause of the explosion was yet to be ascertained as at the time of filling the report, possibly sabotage.

2) an expired document is inadmissible in law, this is a universal fact.therefore, atiku presented nothing.moreover he downloaded the passport from the net and refused to call the makers to testify.only the Guineans can testify conclusively on the citizenship status of tinubu.the onus is not on you to prove that he was a citizen but that he acquired it on his own

3) obi never presented any new evidence except a video showing when tinubu announced shettima to buhari which is very very very foolish and ridiculous from obi's lawyers.the case is highly vexatious and a waste of time.
Whatever comes your way is well deserved son
1) Why are you confusing yourself? If there was no court proceeding, how did the court records come about?

Again, if forfeiture is not a fine, what is it?

Lastly, if you make your account available for fraud dealings, tell me why I should not see you as a fraudster as well?

2) Expired or not, its purpose has been served. And that is that Tinubu has Guinean Citizenship that he did not state in his records to INEC.

3) You only saw videos but didn’t know it was also backed up with INEC certified documents? And why your fixation on Obi? Is he the only person in court?

The mix up is from the author.

The judgment was in 2008 and not 2003.

That means the case was between Yaradua and Buhari.

What is paramount here is that Buhari has once gotten an interpretation from the Supreme Court on the interpretation of the provision on the place of the FCT in Nigeria’s presidential election.
PoliticsNomination Brawl: El-rufai Shares Bob Marley’s Song About Betrayal. by Penguin2(op): 7:03pm On Aug 20, 2023
Nasir El-Rufai is relishing his love for a Bob Marley soundtrack that decried betrayal by close friends and allies, days after he was forced to abandon his ministerial bid over insidious attacks from Nuhu Ribadu and the backstabbing he suffered from his political protege and Kaduna governor Uba Sani.

Mr El-Rufai was nominated for a ministerial position by Mr Tinubu last month, but he abruptly withdrew his interest after Mr Riibadu, the national security adviser, withheld clearance for the former Kaduna governor, leaving senators no choice but to suspend his confirmation.

He subsequently departed Nigeria for Egypt, from where he was expected to visit Europe on a study trip. The politician, prominent for his social media presence, has, however, continued to drop what he described as ‘nuggets’ on his Twitter handle.

On Sunday, he reminded his 2.3 million followers of his love for Bob Marley’s 1976 hit ‘Who the Cap Fit’ and urged his followers to “enjoy your Sunday with the song and lyrics that are timeless.”

The song contained lyrics that said: Some will eat and drink with you. Then behind them su-su ‘pon you. Some will hate you, pretend they love you now. Then behind they try to eliminate you.”

Although Mr El-Rufai did not specifically say he was directing his cautionary tale at anyone, he has long been known to use proverbial quips to take jibes at his political detractors. In January 2021, he infamously used an ethnically-charged proverb to undercut then-raging separatist arguments in the country.

But his latest tweet, which struck a personal chord with the former governor, appeared aimed at his successor Mr Sani, who had been trying to undermine him before Mr Tinubu over who should be the replacement minister from Kaduna following Mr El-Rufai’s withdrawal.

Mr El-Rufai had suggested to Mr Tinubu that Jafaru Sani, one of his former commissioners, should replace him. But Mr Sani, who was backed by Mr El-Rufai for governor, promptly visited the president to oppose the choice of his benefactor, Peoples Gazette reported.

Mr Sani later publicly denied telling the president to reject Mr El-Rufai’s candidate, but he was given more than 30 hours before the article ran, and he repeatedly declined to contradict the account of presidential sources who said he berated Mr Jafaru Sani as lacking political relevance in Kaduna. Our sources insisted he categorically asked the president to reject his predecessor’s favourite.

Mr Tinubu, who named his cabinet during the week, has yet to announce his acceptance of Jafaru Sani as the cabinet minister from Kaduna. Mr El-Rufai did not return a request seeking comments about whether or not his tweet was aimed at Uba Sani.

3) it is in the place of atiku or obi to prove that tinubu acquired foreign citizenship and they failed to.tje burden is on them not tinubu.

3) the apex court clearly said shettima was never guilty.i have told you this severally,I don't know what is wrong with you up there.better check at yabaleft
1) Was the case struck out? No. The case was decided in court and that’s why the court has records of the judgment. And because it was a civil case, Tinubu was not SENTENCED but FINED. Fine is also a judgment.

2) Atiku already proved his case by presenting Tinubu’s Guinean Passport which Tinubu didn’t deny. What else do you need to prove citizenship? The onus now lied on Tinubu to prove that the citizenship was FORCED on him.

3) Well, Supreme Court would have new facts now.

And hey, do away with the insults and stick to logical intercourse.

1) a civil case does not lead to a sentence or conviction.there was never any judgment and the money was not his.case dead

2) a judgment must be registered in Nigeria and technicality is not an illegality but part of the law

3) the constitution says voluntary acquisition of citizenship not dual citizenship.obi and atiku failed to prove that tinubu acquired another citizenship on his own.an expired passport is non-existent before the law

4) the apex court clearly said shettima wasnt guilty of double nomination.
The nuisance value of this boy is alarming.i call for him to be banned permanently
1) A civil case leads to conviction or fine, at least. If it didn’t, then why do people institute a civil proceeding in the first place? What is usually the end product of a civil case?

2) Judgment MUST be registered only when it’s a payment judgment that you are trying to enforce in Nigeria. For instance, your business partner in France runs away to Nigeria after a French Court ruled that he should compensate you with €1million in order to evade paying that money. To enforce the French judgment, you MUST register it in Nigeria. Asides that, that provision doesn’t apply.

3) Did Tinubu show any evidence in court that the Guinean Citizenship was forced on him?

4) The Apex Court ruled on LOCUS. After the election, all parties were now bestowed with locus to sue Shettima.

Stop praying for my ban, face me.

The only thing the court said was if there is any ambiguity in fct, they will adopt the most narrow and reasonable construction
They both got 25% in the FCT but Buhari won.

So Buhari took Obasanjo to court for not “winning” the FCT.

But in their ruling, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court ruled that a presidential candidate doesn’t need to “win” Abuja to be declared winner but must score “25% in the FCT”, a provision that Tinubu failed to meet and the law MUST never be bent for him.
PoliticsTribunal: Full List Of The Supreme Court Judges Who Declared 25% In FCT A MUST. by Penguin2(op):
* “AND 25% in FCT” is a MUST as declared by Supreme Court judgment.

* That Tinubu forfeited $460,000 drug proceed of narcotics trafficking is no longer in contention. All parties, including Tinubu, has accepted this reality.

- That the forfeiture was a civil one is technicality.

- That judgment is not registered in Nigeria is technicality.

*That Tinubu has dual citizenship but lied on oath to INEC that he had no other citizenship is no longer in contention.

- That the passport has expired is technicality (passport is not citizenship).

*Then there’s the Shettima nomination issues.

25% in FCT and other charges is keeping the judiciary in total shock, hence their silence.

They are looking for a suitable way to interpret it, but it's a bone in their throat.

As we approach a day closer to Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT, judgement these are the main issues;

Bola Tinubu got 7 strikes for disqualification under the Federal republic of Nigeria constitution 1999 as amended and Electoral Act 2022.

1. $460,000 for narcotics trafficking and money laundering.
2. Undisclosed dual citizenship.
3. Forged Chicago State University Certificate
4. Forged NYSC Certificate.
5. Forged NYSC exemption letter.
6. VP invalid nomination*
7. Shettima double nomination.

Apart from disqualification with lawful votes Tinubu came distant 3rd.

Justices do not aid and abet criminality, and forgery.

Justices do not turn Nigeria into a republic of criminality and forgery.

Justices disqualify Tinubu because he has earned himself disqualification and the federal republic of Nigeria constitution and Electoral Act 2022 say so.

Justices do not violate the Constitution and the Electoral Act 2022, the more just like the INEC chairman did.

Justices do not undermine the federal republic of Nigeria constitution 1999 as amended and the Electoral Act 2022.

25% IN FCT AND THE BONE IN TINUBU’S THROAT

After the 2007 elections, Muhammadu Buhari called for the cancellation of the election since Yaradua failed to win in FCT but it was resolved that winning the FCT is not mandatory but having 25% in FCT is very mandatory.

President Yaradua back then satisfied the basic requirements of 25% in 24 States “AND” 25% in FCT also having the highest number of total valid votes cast.

It was also stated that if there was no election in Abuja or election in Abuja was canceled, the election will automatically go into re-run regardless of satisfying other requirements which validated the importance and exceptional factor of FCT in our constitution.

It was established in 2008 by those justices that 25% in FCT is as mandatory as having highest number of total valid vote cast to win an election in Nigeria.

Justices that resolved the FCT case between President Yaradua and buhari are:

1. Justice Mohammed Lawal
2. Justice Idris kutigi
3. Justice Denis Edozie
4. Justice Sam Odemwingie
5. Justice Aloysius Iyorgyer
6. Justice Umaru Kalgo
7. Justice Ignatius Chukwudi

Why do you need to argue over something that is clearly stated in the constitution?

Do you want to SUSTAIN our democracy or BURN DOWN our Nation over just a few greedy power drunk charlatans?

PoliticsAbubakar Umar: Classmate Testifies Against Kebbi Deputy Governor At Tribunal by Penguin2(op): 10:10am On Aug 20, 2023
Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Abubakar Umar, submitted a WAEC certificate allegedly obtained from Sultan Abubakar College Sokoto, but his classmate while in school came to the Tribunal and told the court that he and the Deputy Governor were both expelled from the school and never got to sit for their WAEC in the school.

The school Principal has also come to court to tender about 15 documents showing that the Deputy Governor never graduated from the school.

An old classmate of the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Mr. Abubakar Umar Tafida, during their school days at Sultan Abubakar College Sokoto, Mr. Aminula Umar, has testified against him before the governorship election tribunal sitting in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.

While being cross examined at the tribunal by the respondent’s and petitioner’s counsels, the classmate said that he and the deputy governor did not sit for examination in the school in 1979 because they were expelled.

Aminula was called as witness as the deputy governor was closing his defence at the tribunal against the petition filed by the PDP’s Governorship Candidate, Major General Aminu Bande (rtd), challenging the victory of the APC’s Governorship Candidate, Mr. Nasiru Idris and his Deputy Umar Abubakar Tafida.

Bande, in his petition has joined Governor Nasiru Idris, his Deputy, Umar Abubakar Tafida, INEC and APC in the suit before the tribunal.

Governor Idris of the APC, first respondent in the case filed by the PDP governorship candidate closed his defence without a witness but presented eight documents to the tribunal.

While cross examining the deputy governor’s classmate, lead counsel to the petitioner, Mr. Ibrahim K. Bawa (SAN) argued that in one breath the classmate said he and the third respondent did not write But in his statement on oath he deposed that he and the third respondent completed their secondary education at Sultan Abubakar College in Sokoto and that the third respondent was not expelled.

He asked the deputy governor’s witness to choose what he wants the tribunal to believe: whether on the statement he made on oath or documents indicating they both graduated in 1979 and another document and testimony saying he and the deputy governor were expelled from the school, but the witness maintained that he wanted the tribunal to accept that he and the third respondent were not expelled and that they graduated in 1979 from the school.

In his defence, the third respondent who is the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Abubakar Umar Tafida, subpoened two officials from Sokoto State Ministry of Basic and Secondary School’s Education to tender documents and also testified at the tribunal.

The first witness who identified himself as Director Examination, Mr. Mustapha Idris Musa, represented the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools, said: “I am here to tender documents only and not to testify.”

After tendering the documents, counsel to the 3rd respondant, K. K Elijah (SAN) asked the tribunal to discharge him.

The second witness who was a sole administrator of the school confirmed to the tribunal that he certified the contentious testimonial of the deputy governor having sat for mock examination in the school in1979. He also tendered a broad sheet containing names of students who registered and sat for mock examination in the school in the said year.

The junta leader announced a 3 year transition period last night after refusing to meet with the Abdulsalami Abubakar led delegation.
delegation from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) on Saturday failed to meet the leader of Niger military junta, General Abdourahamane Tchiani.

The delegation led by former Nigerian Military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd.), was received by Prime Minister Ali Lamine Zeine.

Earlier in August, a team from the regional bloc ECOWAS, also led by Abubakar, left the Republic of Niger without meeting the leader of the junta which seized power in a coup or the deposed President Mohamed Bazoum.

According to BBC Hausa as monitored by Daily Trust, the meeting with the representative of Niger lasted about 90 minutes.

Earlier today, SaharaReporters reported that a delegation from ECOWAS had arrived in Niger in a last-ditch effort to peacefully resolve the standoff with the coup leaders in the country.
