2Legit2Qui: FG not spending N60bn on mobile phones for farmers —Minister

http://tribune.com.ng/news2013/index.php/en/component/k2/item/2335-fg-not-spending-n60bn-on-mobile-phones-for-farmers-%E2%80%94minister

“Even if we are to give mobile phones to 10 million rural farmers at N6,000 per one, the cost would still be around N6 billion. How then did they arrive at N60 billion?

He further said “I want to assure Nigerians that we are not spending N60 billion on the project. We are yet to take final decision.”

k2039: [color=soyouquotedme]After seeing what has been happening in our tribunal lately, I have a feeling the masses can have their say with their votes.

One of the reasons why GEJ won in 2011 had to do with People voting for stupi.d reasons, if they voted for the right reasons, he might have won but the margin won't be a large one.

It's always easier winning in tribunals when the margin isn't a big one.

I concur
PoliticsRe: Jonathan’s 2015 Campaign Posters Flood Abuja by Pergrace: 5:18pm On Jan 02, 2013
k2039: [color=soyouquotedme]Congratulation to GEJ.

Nothing wrong, even without the campaign it's obvious he has second term ambitions.

The beauty of democracy is just that campaign is not sufficient to win elections, it boils down to the masses.

For Okupe, I have absolutely nothing to disagree with him about, he is just doing his own work. He can hype or over rate the president for all I care, it still doesn't change the reality of GEJ's presidency to any sane mind.
The highlighted is not feasible in Nigeria, except there's a divine intervention

PoliticsKogi Governor Flown To Abuja For Treatment by Pergrace(op): 6:13pm On Dec 28, 2012
Kogi Governor escaped fatal road accident with a broken thigh.

Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State may have lost one of his legs in the fatal road accident that immediately killed his aide.

Doctors at the Lokoja Specialist Hospital where Mr. Wada received first aid treatment said his leg is “totally broken.”

The doctors said the governor was brought into the intensive care unit with a severely fractured femur, a senior government official said. He added that the doctors said the governor is in good condition and did not sustain major head or spinal cord injuries.

“There is hope,” he said.

The state government arranged for a helicopter which flew the governor to the National Hospital in Abuja, a source at the government house told PREMIUM TIMES.

The governor is in “serious pains,” the aide, who saw the governor at the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, said.

The governor’s convoy was involved in an auto crash on Lokoja-Ajaokuta road, around Salem University on Friday afternoon.

The accident left his aide-de-camp dead, and injured two other officials.

The cause of the accident is still unknown. The stretch of road where the accident occurred has no potholes – a major cause of accidents on Nigerian roads.

A witness told PREMIUM TIMES that the part of the road immediately before the accident spot had “banking issues.”

Banking is the necessary force that helps cars avoid skidding while moving on curved path/road.

Let's pray for his health
BusinessRe: What Is Your Business Plan For 2013? by Pergrace: 12:16pm On Dec 28, 2012
Billyonaire: I am sorry but your dates and amounts about Dangote are false, wrong and lies. With due respect, Dangote made it clear that he loves Nigeria and believes in Nigeria and makes prudent investment decisions. The tax regimes of the Feds are same for each business bracket, but Dangote puts so much billions into a business that his competitors can hardly match his investment prowess and when the products comes in, he reduces the price regime and his competitors cant meet up his capital injection and profiteering management ideas. If I import lets say Cement with 20Billion, and you import with 1million, and when our products arrives, I haurd my 20 billion imports and allow you to sell cement at 2000 Naira lets say for 1 month, then I open up my warehouse and flood the market at 1200 naira...will you be in business ? Hell to the no; its called business strategy. So, if your interest is in making money in this life, then you got to get rid of sentiments. Business is business. Let me add this before I go and play gulf. There are millions of businessmen in Nigeria including you, and according to you, (based on unproven lies) past presidents invest with Dangote, why did they chose to invest in Dangote's business and not yours, and not mine, and not Ibeto's and not your uncle's and not, I can go on and on. It means there is something maverick about Dangote that people chose to invest in his business. It is called Sincerity in English Language. It is called Business Acumen in business parlance, it is called Managerial Prowess in management lexicon...I can go on and on. You should be worshipping Dangote, cos he has hired more than some local govt areas.
Billyonaire...I don dey suspect you. It's like you work for Dangote?
Hehehehehehehehehe. From your analysis, you seems to know him very well.
