Sometimes i am forced to think BH is more swiftly and co-ordinated at making a point than the military is able to thwart their effort. Some days ago, he was doing push ups, today BH foot soldiers are throwing dirt in his face.

Op, u should know by now that virtually every woman with the exception of a few are not comfortable with accomodating in-laws. That is why they are women and we are men. The earlier u realise this the better. This is why god never created women to be heads of a family, in fact in many tribes in nigeria, its a taboo. Women dont have the level of tolerance that men have. I am not trying to condemn the women folks, its just natural.

God bless the students that contributed to this development... It isn't easy to cough out money as a student especially towards projects that ought to be done by the government. And R.I.P to the late lady. Osho baba should take the construction of this bridge upon his government so as to prevent future occurence instead of waiting for the FG.
Any monument erected on that road should be named after the victim as a sign of rememberance.

Its clearly obvious at this point for all to see that a huge chunk of funds allocated to the power sector in the past had always been siphoned by those in charge of this sector. All of a sudden, the gas supply system have not been disrupted. Nigeria was programmed to be milked dry by rich, unpatriotic nigerians who have the wherewithal to make the country go on its knees. PMB should do everything possible to cut the unending supply of resources and political powers to these elements. The govt itself can identify who these elements are, the political will was what we lacked in the PDP. Never again will PDP rule this country again.

And i am sure the IG will see this and only keep quiet and let the culprits carry on with their job. The truth is, the NPF is a national disgrace, its personnels are not mentally unfit to be on the road. This will only prompt the nigerian public to continue to press for the creation of state police. I wonder sometimes why the NPF has gunned down more nigerians at check point than the entire security forces put together. The NPF is morally indiscipline, unskilled and thrive like a mafia or cult.

In a country where the lives of the intellects and future of the country is never seen as an asset. How can a studdent seeking knowledge cross the highway that links the state to other states on a daily basis. Its so annoying that a govt built that highway and didnt take into cognisance the danger inherent in crossing thaat road. I cant remeber a pedestrian bridge btw uwasota and ugbowo, but if there is any, uniben students and citizens of edo state should cry out to gov osihomole to help build one. The berger end of lagos-ibadan expressway is another point that needs overhead pedestrean bridge. How many more prople need to die b4 we act. Every life of a nigerian is precious. RIP to the dead. Very, very painful.

I wouldnt say its madness (my opinion), simple improvising, making space for side arms instead of having daggers sticking all over. My thoughts, just curious why so many daggers and axe, could it be that soldiers have been running short on ammo in combat operations.

The most pathetic thing about the whole debacle is that Nigeria has expended enough money to be one of the best equipped army in Africa, unfortunately most of the money ended up in private pockets.
It's quite sad!
Another reason why the outgoing service chiefs should be restrained from leaving the country. How do u fight a war on insurgency with one hand deep in the cookie jar and the other you pretend to be throwing KO blows at the insurgency. There is no way u would sucessfully throw the enemy off balance. Stealing will kill the morals of young men on the field. We need to promulgate a code of conduct in the defsec. Secrecy in procurement is not helping matters.

Nigerien army kills 30 Boko Haram militants inside Nigeria

Nigerien army has killed no fewer than 30 suspected Boko Haram fighters in an operation to flush out militants in border villages inside Nigeria.

The hunt for the insurgents on Thursday came a day after armed men believed to be Boko Haram fighters killed no fewer than 12 villagers in Niger.

“Our defence forces who are engaged in the operation inside Nigeria between the towns of Malam Fatori and Damasak, killed the insurgents on Thursday,” Reuters news agency quoted a security source as saying.

Boko Haram has fought a bloody six-year insurgency aimed at carving out an Islamist state in northeastern Nigeria.

It has stepped up cross-border attacks since it began calling itself the Islamic State’s “West Africa Province” after pledging allegiance to the hardline militant group in March.
@bidexii. Niger is hunting down BH in nigerian territory.Tell me this isnt true. Our army is doing the opposite, holding or garrison towns and waiting for terrorists attack is not a brilliant way to end insurgency on time. Taking the war to them is more like it. Let the paramilitaies, CJTF and mopol garrison with assistance and training provided by few army personnels. More strike force batallions should be created to hunt BH element down in every nook of the NE. Terrorists thrive on breathing space, deny them this and the ideology dies off slowly.

I swear, some nigerians no dey hear word. Why would u travel through libya of all places. As it is now, all arab nations are potential ISIS haven. The ideology is fast spreading. Algeria, Egypt, Mali, Libya, Chad, Niger, Somalia, Eritrea, northern nigeria. These are places ISIS and its islamic supporters are trying hard to conquer. ISIS islamic ideology are shared by many arabic nations. ISIS ideology long existed in the minds of extreme muslims all over the world or how do you explain 18 yr old british born muslim females travelling to syria to join ISIS foot soldiers as wives. ISIS, Boko Haram, Taliban, Al-Qaeda all share an ideology, though their approach might differ.

That is why lagos cannot attain the status of a full fledge urban city. All the available plots have been sold for property development forgetting that lagos residents would need to unwind at a point in time. Amazingly, there is so much money that can be made from recreational parks.

They can only buy from the black market. Hence the black market is dictating the rate.

For those saying Buhari is the cause of the falling value of dollar in the parallel market, may God forgive u.

We are too dependent on importation, that needs to be reduced.
Nigerial's lack of national pride will continue to kill our economy. Nigerians are import crazy people, even when what they import is largely below global standard. What CBN needs to do is to offer insentives to local manufacturers, provide infrastructures.

I want to handle the contract because I want to get hands-on experience of such. can the gurus in the house give me tips and knowledgehuh any help will be appreciated
Your server must administer print services, authenticate and grant access to wireless users. You need to run a server application on your server to run smoothly.

@bidexii, BHs incessant attacks on villages really baffles the mind. How well is the army doing at securing these villages? It seems BH have mastered the art of carefully choosing their target and carrying out raids on these villages and towns without arousing military attention. Is it that the military is over stretched?

I hate those photos..

This is an oil rich nation for Bleep sake. angry

Internally displaced persons living in a government catered camp that looks like something that was not even thought out at all..

How tough is it to set up a proper camp shelter?

How much would it cost the government to provide marquees and spring beds or bunk beds for 5000 persons?

I can live with the fire wood kitchen, but come on, that whole place can be better set up. The Nigerian Government and the Nigerian Military and also NEMA should Bury their heads in shame.

We just blew over 100 million dollars on elections, lost over 20 billion dollars thanks to NNPC and more losses and theft in the system due to greed and corruption and yet taking care of these less fortunate ones whose situation is a direct result of the government's failure is still hard.

Seriously Op take down those pictures, they are a shame to this nation.
Taking down the images would only help us turn a blind eye to the realities realities that stir us in the face.

I contacted spectranet and they said that the requirements are:
* CAC registration certificate
* Id Card (National Id card, driving license or intl passport)
* Passport photograph
* Prove of address (utility bill)
* A letter of request for a static ip on company's letterhead

and then fill a form they attached to the email and send everything to care@spectranet.com.ng and then send the hard copies to any nearest branch of spectranet.

I have met the above requirements. I have a registered company with cac - Bold ICT Solutions.

I asked them about the cost, they said they offer it FREE to registered companies.

I am happy. Although I was ready to pay them.
Thanks men for the clarification. A spectranet agent mentioned it was free some time ago. I thought he wasnt sure of what he was saying.

The internet collapses every now and then but we just dont notice it. The internet is built on the concept of redundant links. The protocol that governs the internet (BGP) is built to be slow so as to allow smooth and reliable convergence whenever there is a disruption.
