sukkot: nigerians want light but somehow i dont think they are prepared or want to pay for electricity that runs 24 7. they want it for free. because when fashola makes this electricity run 24 7 and the bills start coming, nigerians will change their cry from ' we have no light ' to this light is too expensive. its going to be a new cry. when you get used to that 24 7 electricity the new cry will be about how it is expensive. black man has to always have something to complain about or his life is not complete Isnt that why we have prepaid meters. You pay for what you use and not the present situation where you pay for what you dont use. My bill keeps increasing by the month despite the fact that supply is outrageously decreasing. |

Sometimes I feel buhari just wants to punish Nigerians for not voting him many years ago... He doesn't seem concerned about our plights. Pls when is he travelling next Misplaced priorities is becoming a trait in this govt. Make the light available first and see if nigerians will not pay. My neighbour has been fueling his generator @ 2,500 naira daily for three straight months now. When i reminded him that the amount could pay his child boarding fee for a whole year, he cut down the rate he was fueling his gen. We are alreadly paying a high cost for energy. Thank god that PMB does not have wings, he would spend more time in the sky than in aso rock. |

ekpesa: am so passionate about this Apc led government, they have been so committed in reminding me how I disappointed myself in voting for them. they promised fixing the refineries and now they are failing again. Bros, it was all a hoax they meddle with the intelligence of nigerians. This govt has no plan to curb waste by presenting a plan to fully reform the power sector so as to revitalise the manufacturing industries. If power is available, the demand for fossil fuel which increases subsidy payment in the first place will be drastically reduced. No plan to issue license for smaller refineries in the face of dwindling oil revenue. What i would have expected from a serious govt is to quickly put the existing refineries into shape for total sale, issue licenses for smallet refineries that would create additional jobs, totally rid the country of subsidy payment and let market forces determine the price instead of dictating the price like a dictartor when we already buy at way higher price. This govt is becoming a huge disappointment by each misplaced policy. |

These sectors are critical areas that are begging for attention. They would rather announce billions of naira for projects that will enable the banks divert the monies for other use. It seems this govt has no concrete plan to tackle the infrastructural deficit in the country. From 5,000 naira unemployment benefit to 45 billion naira graduate loan to 300 billion naira agriculture loans. No one is talking about power, railway revitalization, refineries to refine our crude oil to stop our foreign reserve from falling further. Just throwing money at challenges wont improve the economy. Use the moni to build power plant or refinery.
Nigeria is a country where thieves like saraki, dino, tinubu, obasanjo, gbenga Daniel etal are celebrated.
Are we asking for too much? Power and Road then leave us to our faith.

Who cares if its APC or PDP. For all care, dokpesi aided the looting and the robbery of the nation's coffers by recieving part of money earmarked for the defence of the counry's peace and unity. Hundreds of soldiers and intelligent, young officers lost their lives and many have been made widows and orphans because of the greed of these gluttons and all you can say is PDP vs APC. HighQue007: Everyday i get scared of Nigeria and doubt if Nigeria would ever be the Nigeria we dream of, not cos of our greedy politicians but cos the mind of Nigerians have gone soo low...Our politician deprived us good government, loot our funds and has finally succeeded in programming our people's to think through thier mouth, not with thier head anymore..you see them distributing rice and recharge card cos of election and my people are not even ashamed of how much we are ridiculed.
I am not into any party or something but truth be told PMB is really doing fine and i really believe in his cabinet and i believe those guys wont disappoint.
I still cant comprehend why some bast.ard nigerians criticize a few month old Govt. and cant stone a 16years Govt. that took us 50 years backwards. is that not hypocrisy?
GEJ used to be a man i love so much cos of his calm and gentle attitude till i knew he was a scam and used by some cabals to fool Nigerians. They are all a disgrace to the entire human race and to thier religion...they are the reason why some people hate religion. they go to Jerusalem, Mecca and come back and steal in the name of Jesus and Allah then donate tithe in millions to churches and mosque...They distract us with religion and sometimes i wonder why Nigeria is this bad cos we are the most religious and i later realized religion made us vulnerable.
Despite the obvious looting evidence against the past administration i am yet to believe there are still some set of Nigerians that still support them, sometimes i just think they are Robot and If they are not, their children and great grand children will suffer it and may the almighty God rule thier entire generation the way the last administration ruled us.
God really love Nigeria if not despite the money they spent on the last election, they would have won.
Please Nigerian lets come together and support the present administration and i am sure it wont let us down. let us not be divided by religious, political party, ethnicity or anything.
I believe anybody inculding any politicians that still support the last administration should be lynched until then they wont stop thinking we are all fools. They are nothing but the enemy of the masses.
Pardon my grammatical blunders as i am writting this with an heavy heart...
One love Nigeria but jail Dokpesi, Dasuki, Bafarawa and the likes. Sorry to say, but cry if u like for this country, the heart of some nigerians even on nairaland is solidified by tribal bigotry and political sentiment that they still see PMB as the devil and the likes of dasuki, GEJ and Co as angels. The car was successfully recovered because the owner was pro-active enough to have installed a car tracker before the incidence happened. This is contrary to our lifestyle in nigeria. We have too many misplaced priorities. Some rich men would rather organise a birthday batch worth 3 million naira but still find it hard or un-necessary waste of time and fund to install a car tracker less than 50,000 naira. Kudos to the owner, without the tracker, the police cant do nothing. |

ptoall1000: Thanks. That is exactly how they did it . They labelled the patch panel instead of switch it is now difficult to locate the ports on the switch. But what is the best practice for labelling? ports on the switch cannot be labelled since carry port inscription. If the switch is enterprise like cisco, Dlink high end switch, juniper, novell, mikrotik etc they all have descrption capabilities that lets you label the ports in the terminal console. Ethernet port 1 can be inscribed as "decsription FA1" and so on. |

ptoall1000: Experts in the house, how best can i label a multi-storey network ports. Switches are placed on the middle floor of a 2 - storey (3 levels) building. Face plates are placed in the rooms of the building. i have 2 48-port switches. let the numbers on the corresponding faceplate match with the numbers on the patch panel cable, if not you will have to label the patch panel ports yourself. If floor 1 face plate is F1A for example, let the labels on the terminated patch panel cable (RJ45) be F1A. The network ports on the switches attach to the ports on the panel. Because you have a 48port switch, you would have to label according to the ports on the panel. |

I've heard that conman threaten Buhari's Family and kids....I've heard him command his followers to kill a man....one radio station owner in owerri.
Honestly bro, Nnamdi should be made to pay for his crimes. Doing otherwise would make Nigeria appear weak.
You can't blackmail a nation Like Nigeria into submission. He must go through all the proceedings as entrenched in the laws of our legal system.
That is what makes us a Sovereign state. Its obvious that Nnamdi kanu calls are sponsored by powers that be in nigeria. He played a fast one on FG and buhari in its usual adamant and irrational mindset took the bait, full throttle. This Nnamdi guy knew he needed to garner some support fron the igbos, knowing he most likely would fail in his first attempt. The only way to garner the immediate attention was by forceful detention. The guy is acting out a written script and the govt of the day unknowingly plays along. The biafra cause is a just cause. Every nation and tribe within nigeria has a right to hold a protest if it feels aggrieved. Why didnt nnamdi make the threats during the era of GEJs govt? Why dis he make the trip to lagos just few days after making the threat against nigeria govt? Nnamdi kanu was a smoke screen for some powers that be to distract the govt from ongoing financial probe. When the SE are ready, they will get BIAFRA, with or without NNAMDI KANU. |

The chinese are the only investors who will invest such funds in a country in africa. Buhari needs to solidify the bilateral and economic relationship between us and china. Not even america will invest in such project. UKs long abandoned steel industry is now being revived with chinese money. We cannot afford to ignore china. Even the american railway industry is receiving investment boost from china. |

I will even suggest they set up a charity for the SE. People are suffering there. There is joblesness in every corner of the world. South africa, egypt, morocco, france UK, Greece. The biafra protest should not be used as a opportunity to deprive those who have toiled to set up businesses of their own through sweat and hardwork.
