Yes.....distance is one of the differences, I think power too. That 5ghz channel is faster than the 2.4ghz bro. Have run this test several times. Infact running speedtest on the 5ghz gulps my data like a camel drinking water.

Am not techie, but after testing the 2 channels downloading files.....the 5ghz is much faster than the 2.4ghz. But I use the 2.4ghz more often because of its reach, it's wider and can still get things done with it

If you really want to arrive at a conclusion, you have to include distance to router in your analysis.

3rd: MTN5G router using its 5ghz channel
Downloading files and apps are pretty damn fast(very fast) using the 5ghz channel. But the problem is the reach, the moment you move by a block to another room, the visibility becomes greatly reduced. Regular browsing will suffice on the 2.4ghz channel, but heavy internet browsing and Downloading switch to its 5ghz and see internet speed on steroids

2nd: MTN5G router using its 2.4ghz channel

I bought the MTN router recently hoping to improve my internet connectivity after moving to a new environment with averagely poor network connectivity.
The router has 2 channels 2.4ghz and 5ghz. It's an MTN 5g router. I live in a purely 4G LTE environment. No 5g yet

Like he advised, I think building a lithium battery bank for your laptop will be the best. Even if it's a small bank, go for it. better longevity and cost effectiveness in the long run

But if you can afford Starlink, then go for it. That's what i use mostly these days. My current usage below

Happy weekend oh. Abeg i need small help.

For like 3 days now I've noticed that my Famicare inverter battery reading doesn't go past 26.9V. Solar panel output is still very stable at around 650W max and my usage is still normal and also I haven't tweaked the inverter settings at all. I've been running on battery only for like 2 months now because my light has wahala and it can't be fixed until power supply in my area is predictable.

Usually by 12 noon, the battery would have reached 28.2V but these days I doesn't go past 26.9V.

I had to refill distilled water last night thinking maybe because some cells are getting close to the red line na why wahala dey but still this morning na 26.9V dey.

I called the inverter installer guy and he was talking about the sun having changed position but I think that's supposed to affect solar panel output not the actual battery voltage....abi am I wrong?

What do you guys recommend I do abeg? Thanks

Whats the maximum instantaneous pv yield that you've seen? I think he is right, daily solar hours has reduced, and pv generation has reduced also. That could be the reason why your battery voltage hasn't gone beyond 26.9v. In the interim, You can supplement with alternative means of charging and then compare.

What we are actually talking about here is the Lucrativeness of the profession in Nigeria. No where in Nigeria wld a Pharmacist be used as a Sales boy and be paid 50k...If you know the number of Pharmacies in the country looking for the service of Pharmacists...you wont be saying this at all..Do you know that you cant even Open a Pharmacy in Nigeria without you getting a Pharmacist? Do you now know the number of Pharmacies you have in your locality? Any Pharmacies not having atleast a Pharmacist is illegal in the country and which can be closed at any time....
Pharmacists are paid about 800k per year for just to release their licence and certificate for a premise registration and this does not cover their service in the

If you can get original LG, go for it. Have been using mine for more than 3yrs. Bought another one, unfortunately it's fake, the picture quality is subpar. My Relations bought 2 big ones, unfortunately they are fake also. Getting original LG tv is like navigating a gold mine in Nigeria, especially with influx of Alaba coupled/made tvs.

At startup, 2 1hp inverter AC is about 2200W, except in gen mode. Can ensure that they are always in gen mode? I doubt. If all 6 ACs are connected, how sure are you that not more that two is ON at the same time?
He mentioned fload lights of 400 * 6 = 2400W. He mentioned water pump (if its 0.5hp that's about 600w in real life). He mentioned fridge and freezer (about 300W). The fridge and freezer needs 3x to 5x starting power headroom for about 3 to 10seconds.
This is excluding other lights, television, fan, and other minor stuff.

Is there a possibility that the inverter will see greater than 5kw for extended period of time? YES
Will the owner be there to to ensure above doesn't happen at all times? NO

Isangjohnson advised that If he is on budget he can go for a 5kva inverter with 15kwh Lithium phosphate battery with plenty PV power, and he will need to reduce his AC runtime especially at night .But if he is not limited on budget, he can go for bigger system. I don't think anything is wrong with his advised. 5kva will power most loads, infact all basic loads. It's about budget my brother

You could have added your own advice without taking a jab at him. He hasnt said anything extremely out of order. Everyone here is a student of Alternative/renewable energy. Even Our Ogas here still learn to get better daily. And 5kva is huge, it can comfortably power 2 1hp inverter ACs. You don't need humongous, power hungry inverters to power basic household load.
