Sentiment apart, He's qualified, no doubt about that. About the educated northerners, we've got some of the best brains among them. I could remember one, a prof, who's trained in the UK as a Cardiac Surgeon. He's one of the very few and best surgeons in that field. I like the way the write up was broken down into 3 sectors of generation, transmission and distribution. You know this person knows his onions.
