here's the doctoral certificate; found it on Facebook. I can't find the thesis, though. The original title of this thread said certificate/thesis.

we asked for his certificate and all he could come out to tell us was the name of the school he attended, the exam name,number and some of his classmates.

funny enough one of them is abdullahi , a non corrupt judge, what then makes you think he is not indirectly telling us that he is not the only one that benefited from the quota system.
