Good point but if there's a belief that the divorcee is living in sin ab initio, people will be reluactant to date the person You get? Woged2005: My purpose here is not to justify divorce. Rather to educate people that dating or marrying a divorced person is not a sin because it's not adultery. Sadly in a divorce, obviously the marriage bond had been broken and ended. We are digressing now into whether divorce is a good thing or not. That's not the topic please. |
danahart: @ pickabeau1 I made up my mind never 2 go back 2 that house once am out. As 4 my Life as a single mum its a decision dat I hv never regretted taking.am better of now and am alive 2 tell my story.ok... your decision is made But at times a seperation may be helpful as in this case I like the fact you took your time though to think it through (3 years) Stay Blessed |
domina... Poster here: |
Can I ask a q Did you make up your mind to divroce immediately you left the house or you wanted to see how seperation will work out How are you finding life now as a single mum I will understand if you are not comfortable danahart: @Onlyme divorce is not always the answer but 2 some marriages it s only de option. Just wait till u find yourself or any of your relations in this situation, then I will know if u will come here and say the same thing.... Smh. |

yellowpawpaw: Jammie Fox as the musician Ray abi?Yep |
Should polygamy be destigmatised for women of marriageable age and considerable economic means who are surfeit in the market https://www.nairaland.com/1485598/science-claims-women-not-hardwired |
No problem tten.. thought you wanted some form of discourse |
abdulkayus: Mehnnnn, am a Yoruba guy, bt to be sincere, dis thing is well common among d Yorubas. Its disgustin bt we dont tend to condemn it dat is y its increasin unlike d Igbos and Hausas dat always frown to it, dat is y dey have limited occurence of it. To say d truth, Yoruba men and women are more promiscous dan Igbos and Hausas. Nobody shld abuse me cos we all knw d truth, and d truth shall set u free. I still remember Bola Ige, Abiola and others case. We have more child out of wedlock and adulterous husbands and wives than d other tribes. Hausas has d lowest cos dey tend to have more moral than us all.Morals...smh! Is it the same hausas that sleep with child brides Or the koran allows to marry up to 4 women... I laff in ur ignorance |
DailyNews: this is not a tribal thing, it is an issue of money, man and woman. The more money or wealth a man acquires, the more temptation he will be getting from women of all ages, class, tribe and race. It is only God that can help a wealthy man to overcome promiscuity. And becos some rich men didn't have children outside their marriage doesn't mean they were faithful all through, nope, except he was a very very very God-fearing man always in constant relationship with God, aside that, its very difficult for a wealthy man not to be unfaithful or promiscuous. Thanks sir.. I dont kmow how it suddenly doveinto tribalism |
