manie: Have you heard the case of a lady in Lagos, who built a house but was living in a rented house with her husband.

When they were given quit notice in there rented apartment, the husband got another apartment in a different part of Lagos. The family that is the husband,wife and children packed into this new house paying rent to the estate management company in charge of the years for 5 years.

It was when the woman had a quarrel with the husband, and the man told her to live the house that she made the husband know that the property belonged to her and she will instruct her estate manager to give the man quit notice.

In my opinion you do not need to send a pcc now as it is valid for 6 months..

You may need to still obtain another pcc upon request exceptyou are sure u wwill be thru by 6 mths time

It would surprise you how many husbands stay faithful
