The book of corithinans, is actually the book for the church in corinthians. If the women of corinth were troublesome, it doesn't mean women in Antioch were. That was the way he settled the matter for the people of corinth. That is why christianity permits both men and women to preach.

So Paul's teachings in 1 and 2 Cor applies only to the church in Corinth

So the body being the temple of the Lord is only for corinthians
