Yea, I got more confused reading about the so called autism. Confusion everywhere, which means at one point or the other all of us exhibited the core signs of the autism. Abeg I will advise him not to worry himself. At most if he's so concerned, he should take his concerns to God in prayers, yes call us Africans. So grateful for the positive advise. I forwarded each one to my friends email. He's so grateful. |
A friend was having serious quarrels with his wife over their son's education. 3 years and in nursery one, my friend said the basic things children of that age would ordinarily know like "what is your name?, how old are you?" were taught him from home and wanted to change his school which the wife said no that children learn at their one individual pace. The boy talks, I am hungry, I want this or that, where is this or that, loud it... (when the volume of his cartoon is low), greet daddy and he says good morning sir... etc but ask him what happened in school? he repeats what happened in school and stuff like that. I had thought his teachers are not really trying and tasked my friend to hire a private tutors which he did but said the tutor complains the boy plays a lot. The questions are: Is the development of the child normal? If no, who's fault is it, teachers or parent? |

Her husband is always asking God to forgive his "rativousness". She needs explanation as she hears this each time she eavesdrops on him praying in his closet. She has also searched the net and other relevant books without result. |
I came home from a two week travel and my three year old son handed me this. The mother said he had graded the writing on small piece of paper folded to a knot that no one opened to see what is inside. His teacher said he did not allow anyone to touch his bag. Could this be a message of some sort. His words are not yet coherent to explain that as he's still a lad.

Officially, it’s only day 2 of the annual Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona, Spain. But everyone at the event and around the world already knows that the high point of the show is already behind us. Samsung on Sunday unveiled its new Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ flagship phones, which are surprisingly exciting for a pair of smartphones that had been branded “boring” ahead of their announcement. These new flagship phones aren’t just better than their predecessors in every conceivable way, they’re also better than every other handset on the planet in several important ways. Tech journalists and bloggers will spend a ton of time in the coming weeks comparing Samsung’s new Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ to dozens of different smartphones. Some comparisons will be more useful than others, but the most important one is fairly obvious. When the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are released on March 16th, they’ll be Samsung’s best smartphones ever. So it’s only right that we spend some time comparing them to Apple’s best smartphone ever, the iPhone X. We’ll pit the iPhone X against Samsung’s latest and greatest in a number of different ways once we get our hands on review units. Of course, we’ve already spent plenty of time with the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, so in this post we’ll take a look at five ways these hot new Android phones are better than Apple’s iPhone X. Don't Miss 12 different Nexus smartphones just got deep discounts in Amazon’s one-day sale Camera Apple’s iPhone X has one of the best cameras currently available on any smartphone. When photographing well-lit scenes, the iPhone X is capable of producing truly incredible results. It also has the best low-light performance of any iPhone Apple has ever released. We’ve only spent a few hours with the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at this point, but we can already safely say it’s one of the best camera phones the world has ever seen. We’ll reserve our final judgement for our review, but it’s quite possibly the best, period. Early results from our testing suggest that photos captured on the Galaxy S9 are substantially better than similar photos captured on the iPhone X. This is true of images shot in good lighting conditions, but even more so of photos captured in low light. The Galaxy S9’s dual apertures make a huge different in both scenarios, as does the dedicated DRAM chip. We found that noise at full zoom was substantially reduced in photos taken on the Galaxy S9 compared to iPhone X photos. We’re definitely looking forward to spending time with this camera. Display This is another area where we’ll need to spend more time with the Galaxy S9 before we declare it the outright winner over Apple’s iPhone X. As a reminder, the iPhone X features an OLED display manufactured by Samsung and tuned by Apple. Thanks to that tuning, experts have said that the iPhone X’s display is even better than any screen found on a Samsung phone. While the overall winner remains to be named, there are two areas where we can already say Samsung has the edge over Apple. The first is a matter of opinion: the Galaxy S9 has no notch. Some people, myself included, like the cutout at the top of Apple’s iPhone X display. It adds a unique design That said, there’s no question that the notch disrupts the user experience in several scenarios. Viewing photos and videos is particularly bad — you can either view them with a big chunk taken out of the size, or you can reduce the size so you’re no longer taking advantage of the phone’s entire display. The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ have no notch, of course, so this isn’t an issue. The second area where the Galaxy S9 is a clear winner over the iPhone X is screen-to-body ratio. Smartphone makers are battling to be the first to produce an all-screen smartphone. In fact, some companies like Apple already claim to have all-screen smartphone. Of course, that’s a flat-out lie. The screen-to-body ratio on Apple’s iPhone X is about 82.9%. That means Apple’s “all-screen” iPhone is 17.1% not-screen. The screen-to-body ratio on Samsung’s Galaxy S9 is 84.2%, which means it’s more all-screen than Apple’s all-screen iPhone. AR Emoji Samsung’s new AR Emoji feature is a blatant rip-off of Apple’s Animojis, which were introduced last year on the iPhone X. But there’s one feature that Samsung added to its offering that Apple hasn’t yet managed, and it’s actually pretty need. Hilariously enough, it’s also something that was rumored to be coming to the iPhone X ahead of its launch last year, and that might be why Samsung added it to AR Emoji. Animoji and AR Emoji are features that let you select a character from a stable of options, and then send animations as that character. The user looks at the phone and speaks his or her message, and the character acts it out, mirroring things like facial expressions and mouth movements. Apple’s Animoji feature is much, much better at tracking the user. There’s also far less lag with Apple’s solution. But Samsung’s AR Emoji feature includes a cool option you won’t find on any iPhone: you can make a 3D character out of yourself. Simply scan your face and the S9 creates a digital character with your likeness. Then you can send animations of yourself in more than a dozen different scenes. Plus At 5.8 inches, Apple’s iPhone X display is fairly large on paper. But because the phone has a narrow aspect ratio of 19.5:9, and because of the notch, the screen doesn’t actually have as much surface as its diagonal measurement suggests. In fact, the 5.5-inch iPhone 8 Plus actually has more screen surface than the 5.8-inch iPhone X. Samsung’s 5.8-inch Galaxy S9 has an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, so it already has more surface than the iPhone X. But some people want and even larger display, and that’s where the 6.2-inch Galaxy S9+ comes in. There is no iPhone X Plus, unfortunately, though Apple will reportedly release a plus-sized iPhone X successor later this year. Headphone jack This is one of those areas where some people care and some people don’t. I, for one, don’t care. I cut the cord and switched to Bluetooth headphones years ago, long before Apple ditched the headphone jack on the iPhone 7. Many, many other people have done the same. But there are still plenty of people out there who prefer to use wired headphones, perhaps so they don’t have to worry about charging yet another device. There’s certainly nothing wrong with that… unless you’re an iPhone user. If that’s the case, then you’ll have to use the 3.5mm to Lightning adapter Apple includes in the box with each iPhone. Or, if you want to listen and charge at the same time without using a wireless charger, you’ll need a third-party splitter. Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ have dedicated 3.5mm headphone jacks, so none of this is an issue. http://bgr.com/2018/02/27/galaxy-s9-vs-iphone-x-specs-top-5-features/ |

Boko Haram finally speak on abducted 110 Dapchi schoolgirls dailypost.ng Mar 5, 2018 10:59 AM Aisha Wakil, better known as “Mama Boko Haram”, has claimed that the insurgent group have contacted her, confirming they have in their custody the abducted 110 Dapchi school girls. The Musab al-Barnawi faction of the sect, is suspected of being behind the kidnap of the students. Wakil was a member of the Dialogue and Peaceful Resolution of Security Challenges in the Northern region, set up by former President Goodluck Jonathan. In an interview with NAN, she stated that the abductors confirmed to her that the girls were safe and in good condition. “They are even the ones that called me, and said Mama we heard what you have said and told me that they are with the girls and they are going to release them. “I begged of them and said please let this not be another 1,000-plus days of Chibok girls, and they laughed and said no. “I asked them where I can come and stay with them (girls) for two days, but they did not say anything. “I can assure Nigerians that so far they are with my son Habib and his friends; Habib is a nice guy, he is very nice boy. He will not harm them, he will not touch them, and he will not kill them. “He is going to listen to us, and so far he indicated interest that he loves peace. And I love them for that and believe what they said on this. “They will definitely give us the girls. All I am begging Nigerians is to calm down, be prayerful, everything will be over in God grace,” she said. http://news-af.op-mobile.opera.com/news/detail/221e581ff732c85b6df014830cb5f55e_ng?share=1&country=ng&language=en |

I have noticed that whenever I go to the hospital to check my blood pressure, my heart races uncontrollably that the blood pressure machine reading is always very high. A point came that I got the machine for my home. I was asked to check kerning and night by the doctor and bring the records. Whenever I Checked as advised, it would read normal and at times low. I was given some drugs which I have broken off for a while now. I engaged in exercise and diet. The problem is that doctors are not considering the fact that I panick at the hospital. Should I continue their drugs or manage myself as I do? My organs have been severally certified OK though I have the history of HBP. |

AutoReportNG:I think there 's something seriously missing in your write up. The neutral is strategically located so that you can put the engine to rest when the car is stationary and the engine is running eg in heavy traffic. That way the load the gear levies on the engine would have been cut off. That way you save yourself some fuel, if you are not deciding to put off the ignition, and you have less stress on the engine. This is the first aim of neutral part of the gear. |
FlirtyKaren:she must have got that from an igbo language expert. This is purely Igbo izugbe the academic version of Central igbo language not the cut and join the youths of these days speak. Okay look at the mistake in Uzo's response- "Ina asu igbo?" do you speak igbo language? 'Ina asu' should have been written 'ina-asu' showing a word preceding a verb. Who even know all these rules now? |
It will not interest many cos reading culture here is zero, so do writing too. My article where I criticized my own organization was passed on to the front desk officer who drew my attention to it in the tabloid. That is after the boss and other colleagues have browsed the paper. "nice one bro... Saw your write up". Mogbe they hav obviously not read through. |
Thepasserby:the number of white people in East African countries is quite amazing. To get a local food in Tanzania, they said I must have to drive several kilometers into the hinterland else I will make do with continental dishes, Indian and Chinese cuisines. The was almost 60% whites looking quizzically as I marched in. I spent 120,000 shillings just for some Chinese stuff I bought for myself and my colleague from Malawi and his girlfriend. They were so delighted. When I checked my balance from the alert cos I withdrew from ATM, the naira equivalent, I had just spent 13,000naira and a fraction. The amazing thing is that their culture in the cities have been eroded by the white presence. They are just serfs to the absolute comfort of the near white majority. The most worrisome is that they bar man at the bar on the other side was begging me to pay with dollars. |

He's from Senegal and I'm Nigerian. African brothers and we called our corner on campus "the hood". They knew us together as we did almost everything together. The difference between us was that he was boxed up, He was gainfully employed while I was getting funding from home. He had narrated his escapades with white chics who he said he slept with in turns. He would chat me up each time one of them left his room on campus. For one Indian girl, he said was ugly but he used her to cool off. I came to class one morning and he said he forgot his wallet at the Cafeteria the previous night, that he had approached the attendants but no trace of the wallet. I suggested we look other places which we did to no avail. The next day, an attendant in same Cafeteria called him that she saw the wallet inside a drawer near her counter. We all celebrated the news especially when nothing was lost. Days after, I noticed people started avoiding me in the class. I first tagged it racism as majority of the people that would avoid my company were whites, of course they were majority in the class, but why me of all the black dudes? I developed thick skin until one night, I was sitting on the lawn drinking some wine I bought with a meal ticket I got from a friend. Same Indian lady that my nigga described as a sex machine sighted me from a distance and called me that she was coming. My nigga had traveled to NY to regularise his leave, he worked with UN. "Naima later joined me sharing in my red drink." why did you steal Markely 's wallet? ". My whole being froze. My guy had gone to tell everyone that I was the person that took his wallet and that when I noticed he was seriously searching for it, I returned it to the Cafe. He went ahead to describe Nigerians as criminals because he had a lot of Nigerian friends at the UN. I called him and he said he was passed off by my "act" that I should have told him I needed money, and that he was going to tell me all these when he's back to campus. Which act and why would I steal your money? and the line went dead. I immediately divulged all he told me about the Indian girl and how her back side always reminded him of truck drivers that sit long hours while driving. And that he slept with her however he liked. For other girls, I got their numbers and sent them their own messages. I also sent his chats not only on the girls but a fake medical lie he told to get a resit in an exam he missed. That I sent to the Admin officers. Apart from disciplinary measures from. Schools, there was an immediate gang up to deal with my guy. I did not know how the news reached him. He did not come back to campus till the end of our Programme. He sent fake medical report again and was given an extra year to clear himself. Till date, he hadn't completed his Programme. |

It was the 3rd day and Owen has not had any bowel movements (defecated). I placed a call to the family doctor who said I should not bother bringing him but prescribed some medicine which I quickly bought. All to no avail, going to the fourth day. I was planning a visit to the general hospital when my wife called her mum who made her own suggestion. The boy was really in pains of some sort. He stopped sucking and snorts aloud at interval as if he's breathing his last. My mother-in-law's suggestion was that we should dab menthol (rob) on cotton bud and administer the menthol with the cotton bud into his anus. It was like magic! What came out smelt worse than a rotten egg. I with my wife watched with utmost glee, coming cover to watch the substance being exuded and savoring the moment with the best fragrance we ever had. The best smell we ever perceived with thanks to God Almighty. ![]() |
