Many of my kinsmen have been clamoring for an independent Yoruba nation and i support them 100%.The question now is are we prepared for a new nation,i mean what will we call the nation ,what will our flag look like ,what will our coat of arms look like,where will our capital be, what will our national anthem sound like and who will write our constitution?

I know that we are Oduduwa but in my opinion ,the name oduduwa is too long for the name of a country in this day and age.For example if we go with republic of Oduduwa ,we will be known as Oduduwas.On the other hand if we go with my preferred of option of naming the nation ODUA ,we will be known as ODUANS.I also don't want to go with old school trend of referring our selves as the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ODUA ,it just sounds old school.

I hope we can come up with a unique name for our country like : SOVEREIGN TERRITORY OF ODUA (STO) for short or[b] AMALGAMATED STATES OF ODUA[/b] (ASO) for short.Those are just simple ideas ,i am sure more people will make better suggestions.The whole federal republic thing just sound crapy to me. I don't know why but every time i hear the word republic ,i just think of the army.

The capital should be located either in Lagos ,Ogun or Ondo as they are the only ODUA states with direct access to the sea.

A 91-year old Grandma is selling $60 suicide kits over the Internet. Killing Osama bin Laden is a pretty big deal. But the fake photo, which is still being used by the likes of the Daily Mail and the London Telegraph even after it was proven to be a contrived hoax that has been circulating on the Internet for years, fits perfectly with everything surrounding the Bin Laden myth – the fake video tapes, the fake audio tapes, the fake claim of responsibility for 9/11.

Everything about the Bin Laden myth that has been rapaciously whipped up by the establishment over the last 10 years has been fake, so why worry about putting out a fake photo and claiming it represents the freshly dead remains of the world’s most wanted?

We don’t need MSNC to tell us, “We think that bin Laden ‘death photo’ is a fake,” because we know it’s a fake. It’s been knocking around on the web since before Obama even took office. Here it is featured in a story released over a year ago. As Stokes Young illustrates, the bloodied face of Bin Laden is an obviously contrived composite image created from an image of Osama that dates back over 10 years.

But that didn’t stop TV news stations across the Middle East, as well as major newspapers in Britain like the Daily Mail and the London Telegraph, amongst a host of others, from passing the fraud off as evidence of Bin Laden’s death.

Despite the fact that Bin Laden’s corpse has almost undoubtedly been safely stored in a highly secure U.S. government morgue since at least 2002, the political grist to be enjoyed by an administration that has plummeted to the depths of unpopularity knows no bounds, which is why Obama victoriously proclaimed Osama’s “death ” during a speech last night almost as if the president himself had pulled the trigger.

The fact that a deluge of provably fake video and audio tapes were released by an organization with direct ties to the Pentagon in the years that followed illustrated how the military-industrial complex was keen to prolong the Bin Laden boogeyman myth as a backdrop against which to launch their takeover of the middle east under the umbrella of the “war on terror”.

But don’t think for a minute that final “confirmation” of Osama’s death will mean an end to the “war on terror” and U.S. troops pulling out of Afghanistan, just as the capture of Saddam Hussein did absolutely nothing to speed a U.S. exit out of Iraq.

If anything, the announcement of Osama’s death will only lead to more warfare and bloodshed in the region. Whether genuine or contrived, terrorist retaliation plots are already in the works and when they are unleashed, the establishment will point to them as a justification for more air strikes, more invasions and more regime change plots disguised as humanitarian aid.

Not always. This is the beauty of prefab/modular houses . I.e the materials can be made of anything that can be shaped yet retains the tensile strength and durability to suit construction usage. You will find that diverse materials can be used for modular/prefab construction . Of course there must be feasibility studies done to account for the unique considerations applicable to the eventual construction site i.e weather, humidity , wind , proximity to the sea, etc .

The US can help us in quite a few technological areas if the flow of oil is guaranteed.
Of massively greater importance though, is the diplomatic clout the US brings to the table as a member of the security council. For years now, there has been a clamour for a widening of the security council, with the two contenders for Africa being Nigeria and SA.
Nigeria needs that security council seat, because by making us the undisputed African top dog, it will open all sorts of doors. Nothing will move on the continent without our input.

Believe it or not the Apache helicopter that is used today by the US military is a modified version of the Denel Rooivalk helicopter gunship.The South Africans are still bitter about this because the CIA threatened them not to sell the helicopters to other countries.They stole the idea, modified the design and launched the Apache.

Clinics , Theaters and Laboratories

Container clinics, hospitals, laboratories, surgical theatres e.t.c these are cheap to build and will be suitable for the rural area of Nigerians. One of the advantages of building public building likes , schools ,hospitals e.t.c with containers is because of it’s structural.

If you visit some public school and hospitals in Nigeria, you will notice that their walls are cracking because they were poorly built. Containers do not crack like cement. They also do not rust as along as the are insulated and efficiently maintained.

Containers cost less to maintain than conventional walls because they can be cleaned with a damp cloth and soap. They are also more affordable because they do not require roofs. Roofs are an optional extra for containers thereby saving builders a lot of money. Also with container stacking you don’t need to build floor “deckings” which you will normally do when using bricks and cement if you are building a two storey structure.
