If you feel that SA is the worst place to live, please don't come here. You are not needed anyway.24 hrs electricity, great infrastructure, billions of business opportunities, unlimited 24hrs internet access, non stop water supply, dirt cheap property and cars, most beautiful black women on the planet.Yep it is definately the worst place to live in.

In the meantime, the crime issue in SA is overhyped. If SA was so bad how come we did not see a crime explosion during the world cup?

I have been living in SA for the past 9 years and i can tell you that whites have not changed one bit. They are even more racist now than ever before.I don't want to write history because i have a lot to say.Instead i will leave you with this video so you can understand the mindset of white South Africans otherwise known as the Afrikaner tribe.

Most of the black criminals attack whites because of their general attitude towards black and i can say without any remorse that they do not deserve any pity having being a victim of their racist acts on uncountable occasions. They should leave if they want to leave. They are the worst racists on the planet, they are scum of the earth.

On the other hand ,how many Nigerians have you heard of being killed in SA as a result of a robbery ? 0.0 ,zilch, none! Nigerians who get killed here are usually killed by cops and in most cases these Nigerians are drug dealers or killed in drug dens.If you stay away from trouble , trouble will not find you.Now that being said ,how many Nigerians have been killed in the USA in the past year due to a botched robbery or intentional shooting? Plenty.I feel safer in SA than in the USA and you all know i am speaking the truth.
PoliticsRe: Is The Fg Really Serious About Improving Power Supply? by playmode(m): 1:12pm On May 11, 2011
The reality of it is that Nigeria does not have competent leaders in all spheres of Government. Our politicians who get appointed to ministerial post are always clueless about how to handle their portfolio.

In civilized countries they only appoint people who are qualified Energy specialists to handle the ministry of Energy but in Nigeria even an ex-farmer will be appointed as the Minister of Energy.

I feel at the stage we are in now, Nigeria needs foreign brains.By foreign brains i mean we should get Foreign Energy Specialist to assist us with great ideas to improve the Energy sector.GEJ can appoint a ceremonial Minister of Energy who will be a Nigeria citizen and at the same time appoint a  qualified non-Nigerian Energy to be the Administrative head of the ministry of Energy. This individual could be from Japan ,south korea or Germany.

The minister himself will just be a ceremonial minister who only reads speeches and sign documents but the think tanks and the administrator of the ministry will be a foreign specialist. We really need a displined individual to sort out the Ministry of Energy without fear or favor.I seriously doubt that there is any Nigerian amongst the current political class who could do that.

i think what is best here is to include the names of their parent in the government pension payroll. even if it is 50k per month and grant them free medical treatment and housing. that is more fare than the bogus amount that will deepen the loss due to relative interference.
also, this shows that Mr. President is not aware of the poverty rate in his country.
He is aware ,he just does not care! I don't even believe that the N5Million was his original idea.Just like the other PDP bigwigs ,he has no conscience ,all he cares about is how many billions he can loot over the next 4 years.I am sure his advisers told him: Your excellency let us promise these people some crumbs so that they will stop yapping all over the news.

When will the GEJ wake up? How long shall we remain in the dunghill of political rhetorics?? Why cause unnecessary tension by 'openly' announcing what you might not do or at best do after a long while? Why don't you JUST DO IT and let it leak to the press (if at all we all must know)? There are close to a hundred lives that were truncated in this electoral process of 2011.

The issues we should look at are :
1. You select the about 10 corp members and 'pay' their families. I don't think N5M will make the families as comforted as when he fishes out the culprits and make them pay for their evil crimes against their children.
2. Announcing the N5M at all will attract so many far relatives to put up a garb of 'The child that died is our own child too' and then create untold pressure on the imediate family.
3. So many other persons who lost their lives in the election will accuse the Government of neglect. Remember that more than 8 persons were throdden upon and lost their lives in Port harcourt when GEJ/Sambo came for campaigns. The security men caused panic when they shot sporadically into the 'FRESH' air.
This is not to mention those whose lives and legs were blown away with bomb blasts.

Oga President, wake up and do things intelligently like a man who earned a PHD!
Everything you said is correct but the reality is that GEJ will not be able to produce anyone. The people leading Nigeria are not serious about their jobs.Their relatives are not affected so they not bothered about what happens to the ordinary man.

GEJ said he raised a 22 man team to look into the conflict and i just laughed my head off.I dont understand why he needs to raise a panel when we have more than 5 security agencies that should be capable of solving the problem.I propose to the president that if the DMI ,SSS,NSA and other security agencies in Nigeria are unable to find a solution to the violence in the north then maybe he should hire an international Private Military company (PMC) who can help him do that. There are many PMCs in the USA ,Turkey ,South Africa,Australia and Brazil who can help him deal with the violence in the north.

Some people call them mercenaries and lawless spooks but that is what we need. These guys are battle tested men ,they have served in Iraq and Afghanistan. They are just like the infamous blackwater who served in Iraq. The fact is Nigerian security operatives are nothing more than glorified security guards. They can not compete with spooks all over the world. We need seasoned professionals and we need them now.

Here is a list of PMC currently operating all over the world : http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Private_Military_Corporations/list_of_PMCs

I also propose to the president that he should set up a Private Security Regulatory body that will license private security companies that will help reduce Nigeria's deplorable crime rate. These companies can be hired by individuals, state governments, local government, estate developers and companies in a personal capacity to help protect their family and assets domestically.Home owners will have the choice of having an armed response service for their homes or a stationed armed guard.

The personnel of these security companies will be licensed to carry full automatic 9mm sidearms and a full automatic AK 47 in their patrol vehicle vehicle. The personnels will also wear easily identifiable uniforms except for those serving in Bodyguard capacity.Private security companies are what has helped SA to reduce its crime rate dramatically in the last 5 years. It is also what helped them to host a crime free world cup.

We all know that our police service as useless as goats. If we had private security companies,Inec could have hired them to watch over the polling booths unlike our policemen who were sleeping on duty at the poling booths.Rigging could also have been prevented if we had private security professionals on guard

So Mr president does have ears on NL ,was it not a few days ago i suggested that he should do this instead of going to OBUDU ranch to frolic.I would have given the family a minimum of N20 Million Naira each ,i am sure we can afford it considering the bogus salaries we pay those morons in House of Reps. However N5 Million is not a bad start Mr president but how about going further to offer lifetime scholarship for the immediate brothers and sisters of the slain youth corpers.

Also offer the immediate family free medical care for the next 10 years at least. What more a decent house (any house under N5 million will do)that is fully furnished should be provided for the parents of the Youth corpers.Mr President i have told you several times ,HIRE me and i will give you great ideas. What your administration lacks is great thinkers, people with futuristic vision.I am a great thinker and i will offer you great advice that will make Nigerians love you.You need to step down from your presidential pedestal and put yourself in the shoes of the people ,that is how you will know the needs of your people.

Now please don't waste time with the promise ,N5 million is peanuts to you so please pay these people asap.Their loss can never be replaced with money but keeping them waiting for the money is also not fair. They have needs and plans. They need to move on with their live and build a new future without their dead kids. The funds will help them to do that.
GamingBrink Is Terrible by playmode(op): 8:10am On May 11, 2011
So i got my copy of Brink the much anticipated multilayer shooter 4 days ago and boy was i disappointed.I don't know what is wrong with these game developers these days ,they are in a hurry to make a quick buck. When i loaded the game onto my xbox 360 ,i was quite exited when i noticed that a Nigerian actor Jimmy Akingbola was one of the people who voiced the characters in the game but that excitement soon turned into huge disappointment when the game failed to live up to expectation. The graphics of the game was Good but the controls were terrible.Another thing that made this game terrible was the camera ,it moved too fast to the point that it made me dizzy and i had to pause the game for a while to gain my composure.Being a COD veteran myself i was practically annoyed that they messed a decent looking game like this. The Gun was clunky and the controls were slow to respond.I just checked the review on www.ign.com and www.gamespot.com and they both agreed with me scoring the game a woeful 6 out of 10.

One again i find my self in a position where i realize that you can never trust video trailers. The trailer of this game made it look cool but in actual gameplay it was terrible.Needless to say i have sold over 200 copies of brink in the last 48 hrs and everyone who bought this game from me called me back to complain about how terrible it is:

Has Jonathan done anything to help the families of these slain NYSC Members?

IF this was a civilized country, the families would have banded together to form a group. Many top notch lawyers would have volunteered to represent and they would have sued:

INEC
The Federal Government of Nigeria
The state government of each state where this mayhem occurred
The Nigerian Police Force
The National Security Agency
The SSS

They could have sued the above named bodies for a collective sum of $100 Million or more.

But as usual Nigeria a sh*thole with no hope or justice of the ordinary man.

Jonathan whose mandate these brave youngsters were trying to protect did not even bother much about them.As soon as he was announced the winner of the elections,he flew his lazy and unconcerned a.z.z to OBUDU ranch.

If i was his shoes ,i would read the name of those youngsters killed and announce a public holiday to mark their deaths.I would have also shown the faces of some the parents so that the perpetrators can see who their devilish acts have affected. Most importantly ,i would have set up a Government backed fund to support the families of this youngsters financially.Instead Jonathan will waste money by sending ex-militants to go and enjoy an all expense paid holiday in SA.

Not surprising since this is Nigeria we are talking about. The land of the dark ,where darkness leads and darkness prevails.Such a huge shame for a country that purports to be the giant of Africa.

When Nigerian breaks apart, SW must not carry on with the name "Nigeria". See how Nigeria has been rubbished.

After the break up we shall know who is who. ah ahnnnnnnn.
My sentiments exactly.Even if Nigeria does not break up,i wish we could get a president who could rename the country.A real and well planned re-branding of sorts complete with a new flag and new national anthem as well as a new and focused Government.Nigeria is the name given to us by Lord Luggard,it is not a name that really represents the union of the tribes of Nigeria.I feel that Nigeria should be renamed ,the name Nigeria is like an HIV stigma especially to Nigerians living in Diaspora.Nobody wants to touch you or associate with you.Our brothers with criminal intentions have severely dented any fabric of pride that the name has left.

Here in SA ,i always have to be extra mum about my country of origin if i want to close business deals ,get tenders, join social associations e.t.c Immediately they find out you are a Nigerian, they will make one ridiculous excuse and dump you like a piece of Garbage. Most South Africans are Naijaphobic and i can't say i blame them,we have seriously terrorized this country since 1995.The only people who seem to tolerate Nigerians easily are SA's black women because they have this perception that Nigerians have b*gger cocks and are better lovers than SA men.

Things have however improved in the last two years in SA.Many Nigerian criminals are either returning to Nigeria or doing a normal job. Nigerians criminals have been out of the media for quite a while and i must say that i am starting to enjoy their absence from the media. That is not to say that they are still not peddling drugs on the streets but that their numbers has greatly reduced. The SAPS (South African Police Service)did a great job of tracking ,arresting, charging ,prosecuting and jailing most of them pre -world cup.Quite a few of those who never got arrested have now ventured in to businesses like hairdressing/barbing salons, restaurants,Home/carpet Cleaners,Auto Mechanics,Spaza shop suppliers e.t.c
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Destroys Life Of Poor Woman Through Greed. . . . . by playmode(m): 1:20pm On May 07, 2011
While i do not want to engage in any tribal bashing, i must however state that of all the Nigerians dealing in drugs in SA ,99% are igbos. Out of that amount, 50% are of Anambra extraction. Yorubas  who engage in crime here are predominantly into credit card fraud. The igbo criminals here are into 419,drug dealing, kidnappings, armed  robbery, prostitution s syndicates and  immigration  fraud.

Igbos and Yorubas  in SA hardly mingle. The Igbos have their own hangout joints  and the yorubas have  theirs. I am not going to lie,i hate these criminals with a passion because their crimes have ruined  many lives and they never show remorse even when it concern kids. Unfortunately, innocent Nigerians suffer here because of the negative perceptions which these animals have created about Nigerians.
PoliticsRe: Efcc Recovers N1.7tr In Eight Years - Waziri by playmode(m): 1:29pm On May 06, 2011
efisher:
THE Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has recovered a total of N1.7 trillion ($11 billion) since its inceptions in 2003, the agency’s boss, Mrs. Farida Waziri, said in Lagos, yesterday.

According to her, N975 billion ($6.5 billion) was recovered in the last two years alone. These recoveries included some part of the Late General Sani Abacha’s loot, as well as some arising from the bank sanitisation exercise, which the commission embarked on with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

“Expectedly, a substantial portion of these recoveries are government funds that have been siphoned and criminal proceeds from bank frauds. It will do us well to explain the avenues of the recovery and the use, of which this recovered funds are channeled. Restitution may not be the primary motive of the work of the commission, but it is  important to investigate and prosecute criminals”, she said.

Also, she said that in cases of official corruption and theft of government funds, the proceeds of crime are remitted to the office of the Accountant General of the Federation of Nigeria or that of the applicable state government, as required by the public service rules. Where the victim is private entity, the proceeds of the crime are given to such private entity.

A review of the recoveries made by the commission between June 2008 and March 2011, revealed that N975 billion ($6,500,000,000) was recovered.

A sector by sector break-down of these recoveries, showed that N650 billion ($4.3 billion) was recovered from the banking sector, N3.5 billion ($23.3 million) from taxation, N150 billion ($ 10 million) from local business/firm, N36 billion ($ 240 million) from multi-national penalties and N135.5 billion ($903 .3 million) from others Forfeitures, AFF, among others.

She said recoveries and convictions in the last two and half years under her watch, constitute about 60 percent of the total success story of the commission.

She said the success was not accidental but a function of a change in the right direction.

“Our experience has been that working within the limits of the law has challenged our capacity and let to more in-depth analysis and investigation”, she added.

This has there fore meant that cases are more vigorously investigated, leaving no loophole for defense attorneys to take advantage of, she explained.

According to her, 105 cases involving Politically Exposed Persons (PSP) were handled within the period, from which 36 convictions were recorded, while 75 cases are still under trial.

The commission said it was investigating 448 cases of advanced fee fraud, after convicting 428, just as another 789 suspects are still undergoing trial.

On money laundering, it said 26 cases were under investigation, 163 cases under trial, while 15 are already convicted. As regards cyber crime/Internet fraud, 186 cases are currently under investigation, 476 under trial with 137 number of convictions.

However, Waziri lamented that the commission has continuously found itself “in the eye of the storm”, as a result of executing its mandate of providing financial security for the Nigerian economy.

PoliticsRe: Two Students Devise New Education System For Nigeria by playmode(m): 9:01am On May 06, 2011
I find their plan a little bit confusing. They are saying that they want to present a plan that will revive the education sector but their first point is about reviving the economy.

I agree with their first point that Nigeria needs improved productivity. However before Nigeria can achieve productivity ,we need power.Without stable power, productivity is a dream.Without power also the education system can not be improved no matter how great the plan is.

Once power is sorted out ,basic infrastructure needs to be put in place otherwise the education sector will still lag behind.

Students need good transportation and good roads to go to school.

Students need electricity to study in school and at home.

Another thing they did not mention is teacher training, the government needs to establish new teacher training colleges that have very high standards. If the teachers are well trained ,you can be rest assured that the students they teach will be well taught. The issue of wages also come in to play. You cannot talk about revolutionizing the education sector if the teachers wages are not paid on time.Housing and transportation are also important to teachers. Subsidized housing should be made available to teachers as well as subsidized motor vehicles.

If the teachers are well trained ,well paid, well housed and supplied with a relibale mode of transportation, they will do their jobs to the best of their ability.

Then you can begin to worry about school infrastructure and books.Without all i have stated above no super education plan will work.Power is key to Nigeria's development in every sector.

He said the name in Gold: H-Y-H. Is the very name of the Eleda/Oludasile the Creator. He said that Ife Ile is where it all started for Yoruba so he  put the name of the city Ife on the coat of arms. For the flag: He (ifele) said blue represents the noble leaders and all noble virtues. White represents peace. Red represents the revolution and the public, red is the bottom foundation of the flag of the struggle for freedom and independence. Red is also the color of living blood running through the hearts of the people.

The likes of tinubu, bode george, fani kayode, obj, fashola and so many Yoruba people too numerous to mention are all arm-robbers from SW. Crime in SA are all committted by Yorubas. Their girls are all into prostitution all over Nigeria even here in the east and ph. Useless people their is nothing Yorubas touch that works. See their home, its all about killings and jazz and rituals. Nollywood belongs to us and we will never ever allow you guys to come into it. Yorubas wey poo inside bedroom. Dirty people. Maybe na plate you dey wash for there. Yoruba
Did you watch the video? or your broke a.z.z can't afford broadband internet.Go and watch the video and tell me if your 72 brothers who were arrested are not the worst set of vermin one can find on the planet. You are hated every where you go because you are parasites ,all you know is crime and fast money. You are comparing child slavery ,child abuse and human trafficking to JAZZ? You are such a sick dumpling, Ode buruku.

So Tinubu is an an armed robber now ? So what is James Ibori? Crime in SA is committed by Yorubas? LOL ,show us proof now.Take your nollywood with you, don't watch nolly and i am sure many yorubas don't watch nollywood. Nollywood is crap.In 2011 they are using home cams to shoot full movies.Movies that lack quality,in a year you people release over 1 billion movies but still have not won one single Oscar award.SA that releases and average of 20 movies a years has won 2 oscars already.Even the name nollywood shows that you IGBOS have lazy brains, why nollywood? Can't you folks be original and give your industry a unique name.Instead you just recycled the "H" from hollywood and added "N" .Shows your massive inferiority complexes.

The earlier you people take your bow legs out our land the better.  grin

Nigeria will be a better place without Yorubas. They have produced the worst people Nigeria as a nation has seen.
Last time i checked ,it is IGBOS who are being arrested ,executed and deported in every part of the world.IGBOS produce the worst criminals nown to man.You should to SA and see how your brothers are the most wanted foreign criminals in the country.

8 of 10 IGBOS overseas are either drug dealers ,pimps, armed robbers Kidnappers or 419 boys.FACT!

Let me show you IGBO legacy in South Africa,enjoy;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syhT3nTWFdI

They go by names like ,prince ,chief, igwe e.tc and they commit they most heinous crimes you can imagine. They are mostly uneducated, daft and very filthy.

Unfortunately Igbos make up 70% of the Nigerians in SA and because we have a bad rep here.Thank GOD nowadays even the SA cops know that IGBOS are the trouble makers so they don't bother Yorubas like they used to.
These tribalist need to be taught a lesson. For far too long, the East, mainly the Ndigbo have been mocked for our support of President Jonathan.

It is time for payback.

I support punishing the SW POLITICALLY.
Yes let them punish SW politically as long as ACN develops SW we are fine with that.

Those minister never did anything of immense benefit for Yorubas anyway so they are dead weight

We will see what improvements the PDP SE ministers will make in your area within the next 4 years.
