That was the first and last day I took, as for loud I took it once too but don't really feel it, loud will make you hungrier 10times and I was watching ma weight so I stopped that first day. I only take MJ now but I am trying to quit and I tell God to help me. The only time I dont smoke is when am fasting for 3days, I don't smoke at all no matter what.
