I feel for you bro and it's quite sad the advise some are giving here which is really bad and evil. Some people are pure psychopaths on this forum, and i feel ashamed some are telling you to even kill him, harm him, set him up or just forget about him. Shame on you if you advised him to do any of that, you are even worse than his brother.

Have you located him now? The first thing is to find him and take him somewhere far from the vicinity. I can pm you and i'll let someone talk to your Mom, someone who has been in the same shoes before and you'll be surprised how easy it will be for your brother to change his life.

The solution is we call some highly place mentors to speak with him calmly which work for some days and he returned back, we couldn't take it any longer we invited him to some deliverance ministries ,send his name's to various geninue true pastors for prayer meetings which he avoided like a plague until he did the last one that make him so remorseful ....
We continued all sort of prayers each day ,still fed him while working ooo
Still he decided to visit a good deliverance church ,where his sins were revealed and was delivered ..
After he realized that his age group have move up in life
To God glory he will gradually easing out the vices ....
