HOW MUCH DO YOU SAVE OR INVEST UNDER PDP JONATHAN PERIOD? IF YOU INVEST THEN, YOU WILL NOT BE COMPLAINING NOW, THE FACT IS THAT, HE WHO CAN NOT SAVE OR INVEST WITH LITTLE CAN NEVER SAFE OR INVEST WITH PLENTY. YOU NEED THE HEART AND NOT THE MONEY
"YOU NEED THE HEART NOT THE MONEY" i think, i find something wrong with that statement.

Mistakes done in youthful days, will hit back at older age.

Some nature happened..

You can invest and one sickness or two unavoidable issues may collect everything left.

Save and invest for the life that kicks back.

Then pray to God to lead you in the right path.

With the right partner, people and connections.

A lot of people see their young age as freedom to live anyhow, but it's freedom to pick a path and walk it well. Why do you even need to impress people who don't care about you? Spend on nonsense such as women, clubbing, and vanity? Life is very unforgiving to the weak, and if you wait until you're old to learn this lesson, life will be nothong but hell

That you are saving or investing doesn't mean you shouldn't look good.. if you will be wealthy u will surely be, with little or no effort. If it's God will for you, people will surely locate you, because the plan of God must surely come to pass.

Take lesson from this, alot of people studied hard in school, some made first class, some put little or no much effort and the graduated with second class lower, and Third class, including pass, respectively.

Realistically, some who made third class and pass are much more wealthier than some who made first class. So it's not by effort. Wheel barrow Pusher put much more physical effort than someone who stays and work in an office. But the guy in the office makes much more money than the wheel barrow Pushers.

Lesson:
Don't mount much pressure on yourself to make money, or invest when u don't have, leave your life on a normal basis. Everything will surely happen if there were meant to.

So the ones that were all righteous and poor nko.

Many people need exposure in this forum.

Go to villages you will see many people who never did anything bad to deserve being poor but they have their hopes high.

Many children who were reckless in their youth never ended poor. Especially those with solid foundation.

Hypocrisy is when you take an innocent hardworking old man pics and then accuse Him of leading a reckless youth life.

You might work and save up in your youth but end up poor. How about natural disasters, terminal illness and unforseen circumstances. What about those who were spiritually manipulated. Or those who were duped or defrauded. What about those who faced business downturn and ran into debt.

Be stuopid but know when not to be a nuisance.

Many became Rich by luck as Tony Elumelu claimed it was luck. Some did not need to work hard. Crypto billionaire are a clear example. The same things you do some did little and became Rich. Some people will live a reckless life and still end up being Rich on their dying bed. The drug barons, gun runners, politicians and so on.

Don't mock people who were hardworking at their old age and blame them for being reckless.

Some sold their wealth to save a family or brother.

Haven't you heard. Please just be reasonable.

Take it easy bro, the advice is not for everyone. This your talk is escapeesm mentality to be honest
Not all who worked hard and invested ended up poor, leave natural disaster to chance but just do your bits first.

Its like someone saying not all graduates got a job so he won't go to school...

That's a wrong way to reason. Just play your part and pray to God to take care of unforeseen circumstances.

If u had seen Job in his down days, without hearing his story, wouldn't u say the same thing u are saying here? Ecclesiastes 9:11 tells us that despite all we do or have, we can be overtaken by unforseen events.
I knew of a woman that lost her husband and kids(all her kids) to unforseen circumstances. Old mature lady(she's was a neighbor)
We always felt pity for her that my sist and I had to go to her place to help her clean and fetch water once. She was catered for by ramdon people like that sha especially by our community chairman then. Even when she died, it was the community that buried her. At a point she was just walking around drinking...very sad sight.
OP will see a woman like that and come here to conclude she was a call girl or used to club in her youth.
Things happen to people...ask questions OP if you don't know the real situation of things. undecided

Human being & fixation about future sha.. If the concept of the future is actually a real the way they’ve made it appears to be, then we would have more rich people on earth than poor..

Many people are regretting it today that they didn’t enjoy their life when they were young..

As long as you’re not dead, your being is in the future already. You don’t need to be so fixated about it. The best moment you can enjoy yourself is every moment you’re able to breathe..

Tomorrow isn’t promised. Enjoy your moment. It’s all you’ve got. If you do not enjoy yourself today, you’ll regret it tomorrow..

You make sense with this. Some whi died this year at young ages with millions of naira in their accounts did not expect to die. Truly our being is actually in the future until death comes

I always feel very sad when I see those old men and women doing such manual labour in the market or on the streets.

The worst part is, their kids that are supposed to help them have graduated and still no jobs. Now parents and kids are caught up in this web of poverty. Some have kids who claim they do not owe their parents shishi.

I looked at my own extended family and I noticed the uncles that were rich are still the ones doing well. The ones that were poor are still poor. Some have been fortunate to have kids that can at least give them monthly stipends. Asides that, it is the same cycle of Nigeria messing everyone up.

People with parents who have businesses and properties do not know how blessed they are. I honestly cannot imagine paying rent for my aged parents in 2022.

Like you don't have or simply can't? I think I don't understand that part.

You are right that one should plan and a great advice but that old man there, his case may not be that he didn't plan. There are hundreds of reason aside careless living why a man's life can turn out like that. If the person is rich, then sickness comes, he spent and sold all to stay alive. Secondly, if the person is duped and couldn't recover. Thirdly, business collapse due to unforseen circumstances. Many other valid reasons could account for a man's failure not necessarily laziness, wastefulness or profligacy. Don't let us automatically condemn or judge such people when we see them.
