Since it looks like your conscience is pricking you, you should encourage the girl to do a test so she could be aware of her positive test. She may not be aware.
I would not want to be close to someone like you because you can easily poison someone.
Instead of drugging the girl, your friend could have insisted she does the tests or else the relationship ends.
