1. There can be only one superpower. If another wants to CLAIM superpower, its has to prove it in blood.

2. China cannot outspend US in defense. Apart from the Chinese J-fighters (which was a copy anyway) and some few other military techs, China has a very outdated arsenal (check out their arsenal on online)-more outdated than Russia's.

3. No sane country would align with automcacy over democracy. Hence China has very very very few allies who could go as far as going into war alongside with it.

4. Chinese economy is over 70% export dependent. About 50% of it goes to Europe alone. Unlike Russia, China does not have DEPENDENT resources that could adversely affect Europe. A sanction on China would be catastrophic.

5. Over 90% of Chinese export is via sea. America controls ALL the choke points. A mere navy blockade would crumble at least 80% of Chinese exports.

6. If America stops innovating now, it would take another 20 years for China to catch-up with Anerica's technology might (especially military hardware).

7. Over 70% of Chinese industries are around the sea (Beijing, Shanghai etc). A full and UNRESTRAINED confrontation would see those industries up in flames.

8. Russia will not join China in fighting. The country has exhausted over 50% of its military might in Ukraine and currently vulnerable. Besides, China and Russia are not friends (long story for another day). Even if China and Iran chose to be involved, there presence will make very little difference. Besides, the war would be a maritime war and would happen in China. And Neither Russia nor Iran has reasonable naval asset

Finally, a war between China and US would take the world backward for a least 50 years. There would be untold suffering, death, and starvation, especially in third world countries.

However, China knows that going head on with US, now is a suicide mission. Forget the yeye equipment dem dey display. Na children dey try prove a point.

Passing the requirements and maintaining professionalism are two different things. An average Nigerian has high propensity to cut corners. And when you have spent more than half of your life under a system that glorifies ineptitude, it's only a matter of time before your old ways catch up with you in a saner clime.
