Well... it's real cos I work there and we have given out countless AGSMEIS CBN loans out. If you have a business that needs financial support to expand, I will strongly advise you to take advantage of this scheme. It's a 9%/Year interest rate. No financial institution in this country will give you such.
Pls I need to talk to you privately. I need serious guide about this loan. You can drop your WhatsApp number in my email pipsphere@gmail.com.

good!!!

but how do we ascertain who was in SARS before now? the IGP should be honest and transparent and PUBLISH the names of POLICE OFFICERS in SARS and SWAT. we will spot out those who were in SARS and did evil while serving under SARS
Doing that will also put them at risk. Don't forget that these people have dealt with some criminal gangs in the past. Unit like SARS wasn't supposed to be roaming the streets and partaking in frivolities.

At least if not for anything, for the fact that those are lives wasting on the floor.
Politics › Re: IGP Sets Up New Unit, Orders all Ex-SARS Operatives To Report To Force HQ by Powersurge: 7:02pm On Oct 13, 2020
My advise to the IG as he seeks to reform the police (hopefully, it wouldn't be audio as usual), is that policing should be more technologically inclined. NP needs to have a forensic unit.

In NIgeria of today, if someone died in your house, you are automatically the killer. A society that cannot separate criminals from law abiding citizens is a wasteful society.

It was not only meant for agric sector it touches almost every sector even IT. But they do not give priority to petty trading your business was under manufacturing it has an impact to economy and job creation you will be considered. The whole application process has four (4) stages 1. Registration online 2. Training by EDI 3. Interview 4. Approval. Take note your NIRSAL would know those that trained with any approved EDI centers through the cash transfer form you filled given them permission to transfer the training fees to EDI center. You will be requested to come with copy of identity card, training cert, passport and your business plan which you will submit with an AGSMEIS loan application form which will be given to you at the interview spot. After the interview you may be requested to bring an Invoice for the items you listed in your plan. After that stage they hand over your request to CBN for final review and selection of successful applicants. In selecting EDI's make sure they are among the approved ones listed on NIRSAL website because if they were not you will not be considered.
Please I have some questions. I am a new applicant. I just did mine about two day ago. Firstly, I don't know if the process is still ongoing and the condition it is. From some of the comments here it seems it has entered its "wururu" phase.

However my major concern is my business plan. I don't know what they are looking at in the plan. It's a nice plan and we have done market research. The ROI is quit good. My business is in the manufacturing.

It's a joint business. Before now, I provided fund for a lady who runs it on a small, perhaps micro scale. She is still running it. Recently I acquired some training in it and I Developed a business plan around it. The business plan however is a proposed one and I didn't use anything from the business. Because the reality it neither me nor the lady were doing it full time. But from some of the comments I read from here, it seems they require existing venture and wants ur busines plan to revolve around that. Perhaps I could send you pm if there are other info u could help with

I just applied about two day ago. I received a notification that I will be called by a training center to training. I hope it's still on going?and advise can u give please?
Politics › Re: State Governors, Others Consulted On Water Bill –FG by Powersurge: 1:18pm On Oct 12, 2020
The Water Resources Bill, like the Anti Social Media Bill, is a devillish bill.

You don't keep harvesting resources from one part of the country without doing same in other parts. What happens to the minerals in the north? Why are they not utilised for every NIgerian?

The question is does this bill benefits certain people than the other? Emphatically yes.

Part of the reason why Akeredolu won was not because he has done exceptional things (though he has don well). But we knew from the beginning that some interests wanted him out of the seat because he was the leader of SW governors'Forum and one of the arrowhead of Àmòtékùn.

I've got one. Would you do one to one tuition on SQL?
You mean physical?; If yes, no. Like every other course, what I would do is to divide every course into units. Create video tutorial on them. Create assignment on each part of the course. Do live reviews of each unit with every one on zoom. Which would include summarizing the week's wool, go through the assignment, Q -A etc.

How do we establish confidence?

When you finally decided to take this course, which is something I will strongly advise that you think about. It's not one of those things you wish could jump on u.

I will send u my biodata, preferably my international passport. You will also send me a means of ID. If it's turn out to be scam, you could easily post those info. And if u chose to tarnish my name, it would be easy for me to find u as well.

Once that is established, you will go ahead to pay. If by the end of the month, there no significant number of interests, all payments wil be refunded.
Romance › Re: I Want To Teach Few People Data Science And Web Development by Powersurge(op): 9:10pm On Oct 09, 2020
I will charge you 10,000 Naira for each of the courses. If you are running the two, I will charge 15k (however, I don't recommend you run the two courses concurrently).

This is a very fair price. Honestly I have spent lots of money acquiring these skills (still spending). Giving that these courses will be running for over 4 months, I am sure would have made more money doing some other projects during this period. On a normal day, I will not teach any of the modules for less than 150k. That's the truth.

Remember we are doing practical projects along the way.

How will these course run?

These programs will run for 4-6 six months depending on how fast I am able to carry everybody along.

It will be a video tutorial. I will create tutorial modules and divide each course into segments. Will will carry out little question and answer at the weekend on zoom app to solidify our knowledge on the week's modules.

The two courses will run concurrently.

For those asking for price. Though, I will tell u everything about these courses here so that people can make their decision here. Hence, we will not waste each other's time.

However, I don't think you should worry about Price. For one, I am more interested in interest than the Price. Though these things will require lots of inputs from my end, hence it's only fair that you pay some money for it, I am sure it will be fair for everyone.

By the grace of God I am data scientist. I am also a web developer. And I am a practicing one.

I have watched people display high level of phobia for programming. Especially those who are coming from different backgrounds. Others struggle to understand materials.

Last year I taught people how to use SQL on my telegram page. It was a video tutorial. Of course I am not doing free tutorial for now. But if you truly want to learn, you have to show some commitment. And paying for a well rendered service is one one the ways to show commitment. Cos I have often noticed that people pay more attention when their money is involved.

I am going to take two modules.

1. Data science module (Python, Pandas, Bumpy, Matplotlib, Seaborne and Scikit-learn. ). As a bonus, if you subscribe for this course, I will throw in Tableau and Excel for free for the subscribers.
2. Web Development. Though I use Django for my backend stuff, I will be teaching trending front end technologies here (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS, VS Code. I will throw in SQL as a bonus for this that subscribe for this course.

I am coming back to update this....mode of lecture, price, etc. In the meantime, you can ask questions if you think this will benefit you.

Hey bro. Am currently crushing on an older woman in my hood. The age difference should be up to 9 years. Do you have any hint or tips on asking older women out? Or is just the normal way of asking ladies out?
I don't know if my approach could work for you. but it worked for me. Be their friend. flirt a little with her (sexy compliments). offer to take her out. Let her know that you like her and you like to date her. It usually takes a longer time for them to trust that you could handle mature stuff. The key ingredient is maturity. I naturally act more matured than my age. Hence, it's not hard for me. It begins with words. What you say and how you say them. goodluck.

But on a more serious note, taking a second look at this list and reminiscing on the history of Nigeria made me sad for some few moments.

To be honest, the afonjazees have messed up Nigeria. So when it comes to hardwork, diligence, knowledge and almost every other important positive HDIs' the Igbos and Yorubas are almost always on the top. But instead of the yorubas to merge together and develop a unified vision or mission with the Igbos in Nigeria, they chose to sabotage the Igbos and at the same time play a second fiddle to the fulanis whom they are in every way better than.

What yorubas Muslims have done to the great Yoruba nation is honestly unpardonable!!
It's the kind of reckless talk like this that makes those Yorubas who are yet to make up their minds about NIgeria's division have second thought.

This is because when you go into any business, you have to put your own ideas in it and when you do, the difference will be clear and you can make more money than others. You can also drop the business when you think there isn’t much interest in it again. So, to succeed in any business, don’t follow the crowd, always bring your own initiatives. With that, you will be able to make profits.
B4 now, Innoson didn't strike me as a wonderful entrepreneur. But after reading up his strategy on the bike business, I will like to have some training under him.
Science/Technology › Re: Terror Crocodiles With Banana-Sized Teeth Preyed On Dinosaurs 82 Million Yrs Ago by Powersurge: 9:38am On Aug 15, 2020
Buliwyf:
I am by no means an expert in the field. I am just an enthusiastic observer. But what you have to know is that fossils are not bones. They are usually just imprints of bones and skins and other animal matter. A bone may not survive after a while but maybe it was coated with mud and that mud later solidified into a rock and after years and different chemical reactions you can still clearly see the imprints of the bone. Now, that rock can be used to date the animal that was once there.

A much more recent example of that method is the inhabitants of Pompei. When Vesuvius erupted it killed many of them and they are long gone now. But moulds were made out of the shapes their body left to get an idea of how they died.

Bones are also a combination of collagen and calcium carbonate. Any of those substances can react with minerals in the environment to form something entirely different like a petrified bone or even another different mineral. That's what chemical reactions do. Some utterly destroy stuff and some strengthen stuff. It depends entirely on the circumstances.

Lastly, 3D models are guess-works at best. They can never be entirely accurate. For instance, fatty tissue usually do not survive preservation as fossils. So it's entirely possible that dinosaurs were more fat than we currently give them credit for. Another example are things like trunks. If you see the skull of an elephant, without having seen an elephant before it will be impossible to recreate the length of its trunk or if it had a trunk at all. You could just assume it had one giant orifice in front of its face for breathing or seeing. Some people have suggested that's were the myth of the Cyclops comes from.

That said, the scientific tools available to us are still the best explanation of our planet and they beat whatever ridiculous myth any religion provides. At least they are demonstrable. Let any religion even demonstrate one ridiculous claim it makes and show us it's usefulness.
Great insight and explaination
