If you do date him, you both must be very disciplined. I did it once but I made the guy promise not to discuss it. No one knew until we were spotted catching a flight together. Discretion is the key if you want peace. |
Yes, I am BBW. Look at my user id. It is prittigrrr (pretty girl). Why would a man call himself that? |
jany49:I am a lady. I don't have a wife. |
jany49:jany, pls explain. |
Number 1. true 2. false 3. false |
Well u may need money to do somethings. However, money is not all. |
Best wishes you two! |
Pay attention to her needs and provide them before she can ask. Learn her wants and meet them as well. Learn her desires and dreams and support them. Lead her and be a man before her. Respect her and cherish her but don't be a doormat. Do these things or try hard to do them and she will love you. |
Tbaby12:No problem. I don't know what you should do, nor do I know who you should pick. However, I am a firm believer that you should not interfere in marital relations. After the marriage is dissolved, be prayerful and seek God's wisdom as to how you should proceed. |
No2Atheism:Dude, I see a lot of myself in this post. |
^^^^ Desist from adultery coz its immoral and not fear of some phantom ''curse'' (where did you get this 'curse' idea?)
I got this idea from the word of God. Jeremiah 29:22-23 states as follows: 22. And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which are in Babylon, saying, The LORD make thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire; 23. Because they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours' wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the LORD. |
Bye MJ, you were the first boy I ever loved. When I was 4 years old, I thought I would marry you when I grew up. Times changed and you changed but your talent remained the same. RIP baby. |
I remember the other post and because I am AA myself, I really felt for the poor wife. I felt for the husband too, but I really felt for the wife. What is to come of the poor woman who loves her husband so dearly but can not produce a child? I am a firm believer that all parties involved should fully wait until the door of the first marriage is closed before opening to door to a new relationship. Please, do not heap a curse upon the new marriage by engaging in adultery. |
I went 5 years without sex before. It can be done. |
When I was married, I was a housewife. I also was a full time student. I loved being a housewife. I volunteered at my stepkids' school. I was in graduate school and I had time to manage the home and attend to my studies. On break, I would take a part time job, but most times, I only worked in the home. I volunteered at my church and stayed very, very busy. Most money came from my husband, but I was able to make pocket money doing a few things. I could easily go back to being a housewife because I know how to do a lot of different things. If I got bored, I could always open a home business or start working in my profession part time. However, I am glad I knew how to work and had experience and education since I ended up getting divorced. Even if a lady is a housewife, every woman should know how to work and provide for herself. |
Thanks again girl for all the help. I am really psyched about it! |
Let me clarify a little further. Is it right to accept things from an ex when there is a definite need and the current partner is unable to supply it. Is it ok to take a loan, gift, connection, etc. from an ex when your current partner is lacking in funds to help you? |
Is it fair for someone to accept gifts, favors, services, help, etc. from an ex? |
Looks like a watch is winning out. He is not much on sports so no favorite team. He does like wrestling and the WWF or WWE just left my city. That would have been ideal for him to have tickets to that. I have narrowed down the meal to Nigerian Fried Rice and roasted fish stuffed with herbs. I have my decorations for my house and my outfit ready to go. I remembered that the watch he left at my house once was not nearly as nice as the clothes and shoes he wears, so that will probably be it. And with father's day coming up, Macy's has some great deals on them. And, if he doesn't like it, he can take it back. |
Thank you all so much. |
Ooops, not a real life "Man on the Moon" but rather a cyber/virtual/NL "Man on the Moon." |
I thought it was clear I was playing along. I guess I wasn't melodramatic enough for NL. My outrage wasn't convincing enough. I promise I'll do better next time. An aside: do any of you remember the comedian Andy Kaufman? He went around wrestling women and inciting all sorts of anger and he was soooo good at it, ppl still think he was serious. His whole career was a huge joke. He made people furious wherever he went. OBNOXIOUS reminds me of him. I feel like I am in a real life "Man on the Moon". |
