This is for the id!ots that claim Igbos hate Yorubas, no, we don't hate yorubas rather we hate the cowards among them and their Moslems who worship the abo.kis. Nice one FFK, you are welcome to Igboland!! You can see the beautiful Biafran flags in the background despite the presence of zoo soldiers ![]() |
I carefully read all the comments from the first post to the very last on this thread, and I was able to glean the following, which has always been an open secret anyway. 1. Majority of Igbos want Biafra. 2. Niger Delta people are finally realizing who their enemies and friends are, and trying to mend fence with their neighbors. 3. Yorubas would love to have Oduduwa republic but are afraid to go for it. 4. Awolowo would have given anything to have Oduduwa republic back then but just like the present day yorubas, he was scared to go for it but was rather waiting for Biafra to emerge so he can hide under it to get Oduduwa but when the war progressed and he saw that Nigeria was having an upper hand over Biafra, he decided to join Nigeria against Biafra. Read his Ibadan declaration and you would see that he knew Biafra was justified yet he lacked the guts and courage to declare Oduduwa republic at the same time rather he was feebly requesting that northern soldiers should return to the north. 5. Another reason why Awolowo decided to team up with Nigeria even when he would have loved to have Oduduwa republic was because he didn't want to appear stvpid and irrelevant in the war so he decided to go with the north against Biafra. 6. What Domkat Bali said is the factual sentiment why the northern minorities as well as yorubas fought against Biafra, they can't imagine a country where they would be left with the Hausa fulani without the moderating influence of the Igbos who are Christians and progressive minded. Without the Igbos in Nigeria, the yorubas, Christians and other minorities would be treated like slaves. 7. The Yorubas are the main reason why Hausa fulani are taking other Nigerians on a ride. If the yorubas should become as vocal and serious as the Igbos in demanding for Oduduwa republic, the north will immediately beg for the South to accept restructuring because it would be very difficult to contain the whole south or deter them from living. Finally, I would end by saying that it is in the best interest of every Southerner and indeed Middle belt people as well to demand for restructuring or outright breakup. This is because, the North is gradually becoming a failed region with growing Islamic fundamentalism. No where in the South will be safe with what is going on in the North right now. Though it would be difficult for terror cells to thrive in the SE or SS (except Edo north) but Islamic terror cells can easily spring up in the SW due to their large moslem population and growing youth unemployment. Let's restructure or breakup and allow north to become a full Sharia state since that's what they want. |
NigeriaIsDoomed:We in the South are in real danger if we continue to share a nation with savages who have refused to evolve over the ages. The north has a very bleak future and I shiver when I imagine where these guys are going to be in few years to come. The best thing for us, especially the predominant Christian East is to have a different country and build a high wall at the northern border with them otherwise I see serious trouble going forward. The is going to be another terrorist haven and would be more dangerous than the traditional terrorist enclaves like Somalia, Afghanistan and Kashmir. Even Abuja won't be safe in a few years time if things continue the way they are, and they are likely to continue because nothing serious is being done to save that region and the truth is that they don't even want to be saved. It's like trying to stop someone who has made up their mind on committing suicide, a pure waste of time. |
Now we have a failed region within a country. The earlier we leave this doomed people up north, the better for all of us down South!! The north is gone, nothing can save it again. There wicked leaders brought it upon themselves when they blocked every attempt to educate and emancipate their people now we have tens of millions of illiterate almajiris who are now an inexhaustible pool of manpower for Boko Haram, Al Quida and other Islamic terrorist groups. I don't see an end to it, rather it will continue to get worse with spill over getting to us here in the South if we don't cut these guys off!! What a useless region!!! |
APC should continue disgracing Nigeria back to back, at the appointed time, we will leave the sh!thole for them. What a worthless country!! |
almajiri101:Which useless home are you talking about?? She is a fraud yet reputable world class companies and institutions like Twitter and World bank among others are jostling over themselves to have her work for them at a managerial position?? You seriously need your head reexamined!! |
leviaka:Is IBB that old? |
It's even an insult to compare someone who forged NYSC certificate to NOI who is a global phenomenon and can only be compared to the very best worldwide. |
jjjjj2017:They are all dull and re.ter.ded from that region. The only areas you see them making headlines is for the wrong reasons like Boko Haram, fulani herdsmen terrorism, Islamic fundamentalism, illiteracy, diseases, infant mortality, maternal mortality, destitution, poverty etc. Little wonder Bill Gates said Nigeria is the worst place to give birth in the world, and he had northern Nigeria in mind when he said it. Divide Nigeria today and watch how they will become a failed country and terrorist haven the next day. |
biacan:Those guys are resident evils that have been unleashed in a desperate move by the sinking APC to counter genuine grievances by concerned Nigerians. They have even employed more zombies who keep littering everywhere with senseless comments. Congrats to NOI, keep doing us proud ma, you are a typical example of how Igbos are focusing on human intellectual development while others keep given birth to children they do not care for. |
peterphd:So, you don't know? Igbos are indigenous to Benue, Edo & Cross River aside the their traditional states in SE and SS. |
MIKOLOWISKA:So, in your small mind everything is about voting?? And when exactly did your vote start counting in Nigeria? With the way things are going, it's only a matter time before things are restructured or the country broken up only then will you realize your folly. The North's future today looks very bleak because they encouraged massive children without emphasis on human development now it's seriously hunting them and threatening to destroy their region it may also happen in the West if you tow the same Pat of uncontrolled child bearing. In the East, we discourage uncontrolled child bearing while emphasizing on human resources development which is the sole reason we have remained on the part of growth with a very bright future |
DANDONdGreat:God bless you for this intelligent post. The IQ of many Nigerians is indeed low. In this modern time when some countries are already advocating one child policy in order to sustain growth yet these ones are here bragging about having many kids!! To worsen things for them, these guys are already destitute, malnourished and starving yet they keep having children that will end up as beggers, almajiris, suicide bombers, Boko Haram members, agberos etc while their regions keep sinking into poverty!! What is the essence of having many children when you won't have the resources to give birth in hospitals and reduce maternal mortality? What is the essence of having many children only for them to die as infants with high under five mortality rates due to disease, malnourishment and lack of adequate care?? Many of them even fails to understand that the root cause of most problems in Nigeria today is due to irresponsible child bearing when population growth rates now exceed GDP growth rates, large population with very little purchasing power, even insecurity today in most parts of North and West is due to a large population of people that were neither educated nor into any craft and they now fill the vacuum with anti social behaviours like drugs and crime. How has the high population of the North helped when many are being killed due to frustration brought about by lack of adequate up bringing? Nigerians reason like primitive stone age people. |
Rubbish! |
Good for them, since they have refused to decentralise infrastructure and key government agencies rather they chose to put everything in a small place now it is choking them seriously. They should continue, it's only a matter of time before the city collapses completely. |
Chai, I can't imagine how Andy Okeke will be feeling with all these bashing. Damn, this is too much for one person to bear o. |
They are just afraid. |
SSGN:Dickhead, stop selling bullshit, we ain't gonna buy, ok? Only dumb people like you will believe all those trash you keep spewing around. What is happening in the middle belt is state sanctioned ethnic cleansing and terrorism. So, stop blaming imaginary enemies and blame those responsible and if you can't do that, then you STFU!!! |
SSGN:What a massive pile of rubbish you just dumped here |
There is no country in the world today including those at war where people are dying the way they are dying in Northern Nigeria. How can hundreds of people be dying on a weekly basis along with destruction of towns and villages, and yet such country is said not to be at war?? This killings going on are more politico-religious than economic as these jihadists want us to believe. What is going on is ethnic cleansing of indigenous tribes by invading fulanis who wants to take over their lands by force yet they keep saying it's farmers/herders clash just to absolve the real actors!!! We are watching them and provided they don't bring these madness down East, we will continue minding our business but if they feel they can try it in the East, then the whole world will be forced to act once and for all because we will not suffer these barbarian hordes gladly!!! |
amaniro:Are you for real or you are trying to mock Abia? That picture is uyo, moreover, there are countless built up areas/roads in Abia with imposing buildings you should have snapped if you indeed intended to do a good job. Places like Azikiwe road, Asa Road, CKC, most areas around East Street, Factory road, Faulks road, Ogbor hill especially around water side and abandoned Enyimba hotel, Ebenma street, Umola road, others include Church of the later day saints at Okpu Umuobo, Aba Owerri road especially around that Tonimas area and Abia poly etc. Those are the areas you should have captured in Aba if truly you want to project the image of Aba instead of these mediocre pictures you are posting that is nothing but mockery. I'm from Imo state but I love Aba because its one of Igbos most important cities with huge potential. Onitsha used to be bad too but successive governors in Anambra starting from Peter Obi has turned it around. That is what Aba has been lacking since 1999. |
Welcomme:Wow, are you kidding me? You are looking for job in a war zone like Maiduguri?? Are you a soldier of fortune or just having suicidal tendencies ![]() |
Leopantro:I'm happy that he and his cronies invested the loot in Imo state. The investments will still employ Imolites and generate revenue for the state. Others would have taken the loot to places like Ghana, South Africa, US and UK, and you know what? You still won't do anything about it. If other past governors had invested their loot in Imo state rather than outside, our state would have been well developed by now. Peter Obi built a mall in Abuja at a time when Anambra had non. Mind you, I'm never a fan of Rochas but I just love how he is investing heavily in his state. Check out his Eastern palm University in Ogboko, his home in Spibat Owerri etc. He could as well have built that university in Ghana or that magnificent house in Abuja and nobody will do anything afterall we didn't do anything when others before him looted our resources and invested it abroad. One thing I have come to know about Rochas is that he probably wants Owerri to be a world class city but some of his policies and the way he carried them out were very wrong. |
feyifoluwa1993:Why are you mentioning me ![]() |
justtoodark:Yabaleft escapee |
Stmiceel:Late comer in what aspect? Wake up, elections are still many months away! |
Very impressive. If PDP can pull such crowd in an APC state then it's all over. |
