Thats his/her opinion, NOT A FACT! There are countless relationships that later got mended. What are second chance for? If you still have feelings for your ex, then you must go on total no contact for atleast a month. If he ever loved you, then he will surely miss you and might even want to come back. If he is in a rebound relationship, also totally leave him alone and work on yourself both physically, mentally, emotionally, financially etc. Have a positive and indepedent mindset. 1. Roads look deserted; many people can not cope with high cost of fuel

3. Shops and market stalls are not well stocked
4. More corporate beggars

Believe me I'm a bit confused here, I just finished a long phone conversation with one now, she actually flashed me & i called her back. I called the other one in the afternoo & we talked too. My ex was not like this when we met, then I was based in Lagos & she once came to visit me, all the way from East. She was very respectful then & would remain indoors till I come back in the evening. It was much later that she became insatiable, we were always arguing & even some nasty fights towards the end. Her mum liked me a lot as well.
