I track my visa application I notice the first and second stage was mark Green while the third stage which supposed to show green i.e APPLICATION RECEIVED BY DMC is still red. Then the fourth stage which is APPLICATION TRANSFER TO VAC, is now Green.

Pls is it supposed to be like that? I am worried. A friend said sometimes the tracking system does not work well.
