We have seen how Buhari and Osinbajo did it. Now it has shifted to Tinubu. Men of God shouldn't be careless with their utterances lest they make mockery of themselves and give people cause to question them. |

Jazmine10: Ezugbo phantom love. Romantic love is not a fleeting shadow hence GOD will not command men to love their wives whether she lacks common sense or not. Nigerian men una just be different breed. Well, you that's preaching love don't know what love is because if you knew, you would have understood what I mean by romantic love as opposed to agape love. That's the reason why many of you destroy yourselves for abusive marriages because you don't know the real love descriptions. Love isn't blind and love has common sense and should pass the test of objective analysis. NO GO KEE YOURSELF FOR PHANTOM LOVE. |
Family › Re: Why Do Most Nigerian Women Think This is The Only Way To Express Love by prophetfire: 2:59pm On Aug 24, 2023 |
theInfinity: I have come to realise that many Nigerian women think that the only way for a person to prove their love is by giving them and they stylishly tag it being "caring".
Even a criminal can spend on you when dating you and deal with you when he finally marries you.
Funny, most men may not be able to give because they are struggling but that doesn't mean they don't care.
Why has friendship with many Nigerian women become transactional.
A sugar daddy can still give a lady but the truth remains that he will go back to his back at home and will never divorce her to marry you.
Please beautiful Nigerian women, let's stop making a relationship a business transaction. It's due to poverty and hunger. |
Family › Re: How Do You Love A Difficult Partner? by prophetfire: 2:57pm On Aug 24, 2023 |
Jazmine10: You have a misunderstanding of that statement. We can say Love is Truth,we can say love is kind, we also can say love is unconditional etc. Hence that statement. Love is the embodiment of all that and more. With this your Bible study version of love, no go kee yourself because of phantom love. Romantic love is a mirage. It's a fleeting shadow. |

Politics › Re: Emefiele, FG May Settle Out Of Court Over Fraud Allegations - The Cable by prophetfire: 9:02pm On Aug 23, 2023 |
festacman: Finally, it looks like the former president and other interested parties are putting in words for Godwin Emefiele.
If FG accepts this plea bargaining proposal, it means either it doesn't have enough evidence to, successfully, prosecute Emefiele or some 'interested parties' know that going further with prosecution will reveal documents and testimonies under cross examinations which will implicate them or their companies directly or indirectly.
Yes, plea bargaining saves government money and time, but it is difficult to trust politicians to structure a deal that will ensure massive recovery of assets from Emefiele. So obviously, Nigeria will lose out again as usual. Sad! Emefiele stole big money but he only shared to the cabals of Aso rock. Now the Tinubu cabal want him to give them their own share. They don't have any tangible evidence to prosecute and jail him, that's why they're maltreating him to make him conceed some part of the loot to them. |

Racoon: And what have the ECOWAS effectively done against the military interventions in Mali, Guinea, Northern Sudan, Burkina Faso? Why the obsession with the Niger Republic debacle only? What Paul Biya is doing in Cameroon is constitutional governance to these idiots right?
Meanwhile, someone who got into government via unconstitutionality is forcefully demand a return to constitutional governance in another sovereign nation. What a wonder! . Niger is important to France for exploitation and to US for their military base. ECOWAS has no interest in what is happening in Niger but are only being egged on by France and USA. It's clear that apart from the Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea Chad and Niger, all other West Africa countries are being ruled by puppets. I will like the war to happen and when the catastrophe will start to trickle in, it would help other African countries to kick out their own puppet presidents like Tinubu. |

Politics › Re: Nigerian Senator Vs Minister: Who Is Higher? by prophetfire: 8:28pm On Aug 17, 2023 |
ckc: I ask this innocent question cos I have been wondering why a serving senator like Dave Umahi would leave his senatorial seat and "demote" himself to ordinary Minister that needs to pass through the Senate before resuming. Political gurus educate me please. A minister controls money and can dish out favours more than a senator. A senator has legislative powers over a minister and is independent but a minister has fat budget that he can steal from and you know what money means in Nigeria politics. It's the stealing of money that they are going for. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: We Are Ready To Storm Niger - ECOWAS Force by prophetfire: 8:11pm On Aug 17, 2023 |
Wodu89: I stand with ECOWAS.
Leadership is about decisiveness. Bazoum was outsed by the outschosts simply because he wasn't Hausa and to them anything short of their clannishness is a misfit for them to submit to. This ideology must not only be challenged but defeated.
This doesn't concern Russia nor external parties. Let them face Syria and Ukraine fronts. Democracy must be restored whether the hypocritical Northern leaders like it or not.
Where were they when Liberia was invaded, Sierria Leone and co. But because some ethnic coloration is in the mix they're playing hypocrisy. It is the junta that needs talking to, not ECOWAS. ECOWAS must invade and restore democracy regardless of the costs
Unless Eastern powers gets in the way , the use of force is necessary otherwise long term grippling sanctions should be employed. . Your country and it's ineptitude military wise led to death of 36 soldiers and officers, gunned down by ragtag insurgents that have only AK-47. And you want to go and invade another country. Mumu people. |
