In the contract papers ur guarantors signed, dey did not sign that u will never take the company money illegally. Dey did not sign that the character they know u of will be consistent. Ofcourse no one can sign for such.

What ur guarantors signed on ur behalf is that they know u very well and in case of any eventuality, they will give a detailed account of ur whereabouts or produce u.
Now, u did not ran away. Ur firm sees u daily and u communicate with dem. At this point, ur guarantor has no case to answer. The highest they can do is to call them and ask them to help in talking to u or summon a meeting between you, ur guarantors and the firm.

Report this issue to ur lawyer and the case will become simplified. Ur firm will be scared of litigation. Let ur lawyer write to them.
