Jessie21: The relationship I had with the ex was Just friendship, nothing attached,we were just friends... Not every relationship is dirty.
You included the word multiple yourself. That's by the way. My advice goes to any young girl reading this thread. I read through your signature. Would you mind including your location there? Sorry, I'm just curious as a social media manager. Location matters a lot when putting up adverts that are geotargeted. Wish you the best in your future endeavors |

Jessie21: it's been 5yrs now My only concern is the difference in grammatical construction. You seem to write well more than the oga. Not trying to sound tribalistic but I noticed that people from that south south part of Nigeria "see" life too early. This matter is a heavy one. Since a child is involved, you're forever connected to him. I don't know how to explain to young girls for them to understand. The decisions you make as a teenager affects your entire life in the long run. If you must f.uck at that age, look for a responsible person. At 17, you were already having multiple exes. |
Family › Re: How Well Do You Know Your Uncles? by PuZZyNegro: 3:24pm On Apr 30, 2020 |
Ussycool: Uncles are unique Brothers of dear Parents. Some are loving while some are devils.
I have two wicked uncles, and here are my experience with them.
Uncle A. This man wicked o. He will send me from earth to heaven without giving me anything. He never ever dash me money in his life. He will sent me back to shop 5x just to collect his #20 change. He gave me knocks without offends. He will called me mumu 20x a day. I hate him.
Uncle B This one can unplug my life support just to plug his phone charger. If my dad bought me a games, he will seize it and gave it to his son. If I took 1st position in primary school, he will protest and said I cheat during exams. I graduate with 2nd class Degree in BCH, he told my Dad that I will hardly get a job, because my result isn't good. Chai! I am very sure this man will sell my destiny for #100 just to buy card.
Share your experience with ur Uncles we may learn a thing. I only read about uncles on my primary school textbooks. But I have resolve to be the best uncle to my nephews and nieces. Except when their parents start misbehaving, I withdraw myself but never being wicked to anyone. |

Richy4: Don't mind me but I'm just wondering what a starter needed 260k apartment for?
Why not mould the fufu/amala based on the size of your throat ?.. Saving is important to every millionaire not to talk of a "starter ".. u can't just hand your life saving to landlords because u wanted comfort..
Don't u think it's wiser to start by sharing a flat, as things progresses, then u can get your own accommodation.. This advice is scary. Sharing apartment is the least thing that he would want to do as a freelancer. He needs his quite time and privacy. Op, do not take any step that will distract you the more. I am a freelancer offering same service as you. After my Nysc camping, I was staying with my sister and her family in a 3 bedroom apartment. I decided to rent my own apartment simply because it will help me stay focused and be more responsible since I will be paying my bills. I rented an apartment with total package of 420k and I don't regret it one bit. I only doubled my hustle. My advice: don't ever bother coming to Lagos to rent an apartment with just 260k, you will be frustrated. That cannot get you a decent one room self-contain in the good areas of Lagos mainland. Regarding the connection and getting offline job in Lagos, that's another hoax bro. If you think there are jobs in Lagos, think again. Aside from the rent, Nepa Bill here is another person monthly rent in ibadan. In fact, it hurt me that I live and waste resources in Lagos when my income doesn't depend or come from Lagos. If I were to remain in Benin and be earning as much as I earn now, who knows I would be on my way to becoming a landlord. Lagos girls are fucking expensive too. I don't know if you're a Bleep buddy. So, keep 20% of your monthly income for fun. Traffic, noise, pollution, etc. I will advise you rent the house in ibadan. You will be glad you did. Don't even bother looking for a place with close proximity to Lagos. You don't need it. I have written from experience. |

veave: Stop abeg. She was a kid. What does a teenager know at 17? At least she has realized her mistake.
@op go with her church pastor and beg her. Tell her you are genuinely sorry and mean it. Cry very well even if she chases you away lie in front of her door at night and refuse to go. Don't forget to cry well well and hit yourself on the floor. You know that bleble crying style in nollywod.
Like seriously? What does a teenager know at 17? Please, tell yourself the truth. At 17, some girls are already mothers. This is something a sensible and well trained 8 year old will never do. She was not a kid unless she acted under an external influence, there's no excuses for her behavior. |

Thanks brother Same here. Sadly, it appears no one is willing to give out those kind of tips on nairaland now. Everybody is either hoarding their information or selling ebooks. Those that were lucky to read nairaland business section and took actions in 2015/2016 are catching out legitimately now. I am a millionaire today because of nairaland Sadly again, this type of topics hardly make nairaland Frontpage. Treasures are not given out easily, you have to go looking for it |

In this case, use your discretion bro. If the name and image looks Asian or African, then that might be their true budget, just skip and move on to the next request. The tone of the buyer determines whether or whether not I will send offer and the price I'll include |

lasher1: It is a well know fact that Igbo men strive to achieve as much wealth to be able to pay the very heavy bride prices levied on them if they decide to marry from their kin, most Igbo women come into a ready made home full of the man's lone struggles all the days of his youth till date, that's why an Igbo woman who loves her hubby cannot claim all his inheritance because she wasn't there when he struggled for it, his own family who were with him have the say about that.
Igbo women know they have to keep married despite any bad issues they might face in their marriages and must be willing to pay back the heavy bride price the hubby paid to have them. This is born out of media false news. |

As an nwa afo Igbo, here is my take
1. An Igbo man wants his wife looking good. Reason, an Igbo man will go to the village and pick one mgbeke, in less than one year, you will not recognize the girl again due to excess transformation
2. An Igbo man prefers a housewife. An average igbo man cannot allow his wife to be hawking or doing some dirty jobs that will leave her looking tattered at the end of the day. Reason, he works hard to ensure he is stable enough to provide for his wife and children to be
3. An average igbo man wants to build a house at least, in the village before getting married. The culture of Igbos wanting to travel to the village every Christmas plays a great role here
4. Most Igbo men go to school first before venturing into business. I know most of my secondary school classmates that finished university before going to do business or at least, took Waec.
5. I need to create a separate thread for this and write comprehensive list of why igbos marry late and the cons and pros.
Trust me, I earn decent income now, have had some of my secondary school and university coursemates married, but I am not reasoning marriage any time soon.
I told one girl hoping on me that I will finish my PhD before getting married and she was cursing (currently running my masters). |

I woke up this morning to discover that a certain amount of my Payoneer fund has been withdrawn to a particular account without my consent. This weird transaction occurred on the 15th of April and I don't remember performing any transaction at the time.
How possible is this and has anyone experienced such before? Below is the screenshot. If possible, stop leaving fund in your payoneer account. That's the advantage we have over conventional bank account. Even if someone mistakenly gains access to your account, they will not know when you receive fund as you will receive and send out the fund instantly |

Keyless entry is even available in 2003 model of cars. 2005/2006 model of Toyota corolla has remote control and that's keyless entry. Airbag is available in all American cars except when damaged by accident. Same with Antilock brake system |

Low requests, low competition (3D animation, 2d animation, mobile app development, web development not design oo, PowerPoint presentations, etc) |

Millennialaku: HELP OOO
fiverr experts in the house
i have sent over 25 buyer requests but have gotten no reply from any buyer. even when i am the first to bid sometimes
i think its my English
WHAT IS YOUR FORMAT FOR A GOOD BUYER'S REQUEST PLEASE.
my first order was direct 25 is low. Established seller like me can send offer for consecutive 3 days from my two accounts without getting any message. That's 60 offers in 3 days. But don't give up. Check my comments on tips to sending good offers. Short, precise and direct. If a buyer posts a request like the attached image, here would be my reply "Hi, I am available to do the research for you and deliver within 24 hours. I will send you the information in an Excel spreadsheet". Reading through that request, the client's first priority is delivery time, followed by delivery format. Just write two to three lines maximum hitting the pain points. I got that job beating 94 other applicants and still shop some nice tip join

biGDhAp: Lol.. Na savages like me dey here .
You know these days when you hit a rat, they don't exactly die instantly. Feels like they gave gotten smarter and now very good at playing dead..
So I saw this one and I hit it with a broom. It fell, didn't move . Just laid there acting lifeless. For my mind, Was like I got the motherfvcker ..
Left it there and went back to doing my chores .. In an our the mf was up trying to escape .. Me was confused .. Said to myself " did this rat just come back from dead, is it the endtime already " .. Shiit got me a lil bit scared .
Picked up the broom again and gave it another hit .. It went lifeless again, left it and watch if the same thing was gonna happen again .
Alas it did happen again .. This time it dawned on me that maybe the rat kinds of pass out whenever I hit and don't die.
Well I continued that cycle till it eventually died because I kept hitting it harder each time it resurrects..
Mann it was really fun. Rats are some smart ass rodents. From childbirth, they are already equipped with survival techniques. The one that pain me the most is charging at me. They will just come to you with full force and your reflex action will be to withdraw your leg and then they are gone |
