I am ready to bear the full consequence of missing out on a free offer because I originally mistook it for a scam. It takes minimum of three months before it comes out. Most people don't know this thus they wait until it's time to start driving before they start applying for the driving license (driving school certificate first).

If you want to start driving immediately, go to the driving school and obtain driving permit. Note that this permit has lots of limitations as it cannot be used anywhere driving license is required for official documentation.

After three months, go do capture and in two weeks maximum, you will get your permanent driver's license

In Nigeria, most insurance companies hardly pay. I have been raising claims for my car damage in one of top insurance companies website but no one is answering me.

I bought another car and just installed tracker. The stress of raising claims here, you would save yourself the time and repair your car.

Besides, in a year, your car may not incur any damage that would require insurance working on it and you will be gifting them free money
