Those who hide under the cover of social media to spread fake news, incite violence and attack dissenting opinions are the ones vehemently opposed to any sort of regulation of social media. Social media regulation doesn't necessarily mean anyone will be 'gagged' or silenced. Only those who exploit the chaos and absence of defined punitive actions to incitive and provocative posts on social media, are having nightmares over a seemingly harmless idea of SM regulation.
