Back to my previous thread where I was searching for job and couldn't get any even after paying 3k for the agent.
First and foremost I want to thank you guys for your unending love and support when you saw my post, I'm very happy for all your comments and I want to say you guys are wonderful.

And to those that supported with token I pray your pocket will never run dry in Jesus name and you shall never be slave to money.
I got a call from the manager of the first hotel to come for interview and I went for the interview and everything went well and I was finally giving a job as kitchen attendant which is one day on and one day off. I also applied in a private school and was told to come and resume tomorrow morning.

The issue now is that the salary for the hotel job is 30k with morning and evening feeding, and I will have to spend a lot as transportation, and the agent will also get part of my salary according to the manager.

The school offers to pay me 20k and I will have to spend about $400 for transportation everyday. I will work from 7:30am-4:30pm.
I'm just confused on which one to go for
Although I'm not going to do this job for a long time , I just want to work so that I can gather money to establish myself.

Please I need your advice on which one to chose.

This look exactly like what I wrote about 2 years ago, the OP just made minor adjustments. Since I saw this, I have been looking for the particular thread I created then but can't fine it, I have used several usernames since that time anyway... I am sure it is copied from there, I wish the Op can point me to that my thread, wanted to see the advice I got then.

However, I left the hotel and never regretted, I am way bigger in 2 years than the 9 years I spent in hospitality.

So Op, if this is truly your story, please go with the IRS.

Ask HR folks around you

You cannot base your decision on only the pay & location. There are some other factors that need to be put into consideration.

1. How is the work enviroment?
2. Work hours
3. Leave/Days off in a year/month
4. Job Security

Hmmn i see alot of folks being surprised about getting 3 job offer at the same time .infact you can get up to 5 offer at the same time right now, most especially if you reside in lagos ...Have you not noticed the rate of japa in Nigeria ? More than 80% of my clique left this country within the last 2 years and more will still leave ..90% of people getting visas now are working class people , they are gainfully employ , with good/fair salary ..when they leave , people must fill this role!!!Sit down there and be wondering , you should rather start applying again..

the job is not described. the position in the company is not described. the company itself is not described. the writer is describing the base salary and nothing else. anyone who goes for a job offer SOLELY on the remuneration deserves any bad advice he/she gets

I have three job offers;
Company A is a dregeding company with 270k as salary located in Ikorodu

Company B is a Quick Service Restaurants with 300k as salary on the Island

Company C is an importing & exporting company with 330k Marina

Kindly note that I am just 25yrs married with a kid and reside on the mainland axis Of Iyana school side & I have got till next week Monday to respond to A, this Friday to respond to C and 72 hours to respond to B.
