I know a lot of guys from some parts of the country feel that not getting what they desire is tantamount to betrayal etc etc. All these talk of another northern presidency in 2023 is their wishful thinking. What they fails to know is that there is always power moving from North to South and even northerners know that the stability they enjoy is hinged on that fact. Party politics is irrelevant in this case and people go check up the history.

2023 is in the hand of the South whichever Geopolitical zone it goes. Those agitating for northern take are just those looking at the political equation and already seeing how they are loosing out. They should wake up and strategize.

this write up makes no sense. First of all before we talk about Lagos state let’s talk about the city Lagos first. Lagos was the city the British came to and capital of Nigeria then. Lagos state was then form when places like ikeja, ikorodu, agege, epe and so on were extracted from the western region to form Lagos state. There is no dispute Yoruba of awori and ijebu own Lagos along with the egun. A lot of tribes especially ibos just wants to be deliberately mischievous. Meanwhile apart from places also named idu in Lagos what about Oshodi naned after oshodi tapa a nupe man who help fought in Lagos. Does that mean nupe own Lagos. Even Lagos is a Portuguese name ooh I guess Portuguese owns it too. All the traditional kings in Lagos are Yoruba except the egun king that should be thing to tell u who owns the land.

One thing I know is that the Igbo people are synonymous to development.

Any place that you can't find an Igbo man is still a village and it's still very far from development. My village, your village and our village all became cities today due to the massive influx of Igbo businessmen.

Lagos without Igbos in it is a commercial nonsense.

Most banks and companies all came to our respective towns because of the awareness that the Igbo businessmen create for the town. Their presence signifies business. Banks now exist in your town not because they love or care about you and your king but because they are interested in partnering with Igbo businessmen in your town.

Lagos is a glorified village without Igbos in it.

They don't just own Lagos state. In my own humble opinion, I think they own Nigeria.
