Same thing happened to me too. I n DS were on the chair n i dozed off it was his cry that woke me up but all is fine now just that I cried my eyes out that night.
Everything will be fine, just go for check up and hope for the best always.

Hi mums. Pls come 2my aid. My 3months old baby just fell from the chair. I met her face down. I'm so confused right now. I have checked all her body n seen nothing. I don't even know how she fell cos i went to take her clothes in.

1 did othing b4. In case u feel pains after u can try putting a warm towel on ur belly. Watch out for excessive bloatedness n ulcer like pain, i had this n it was OHSS. Especially if u have PCOS.
2. After transfer, some people swear by not taking their bath until abt some days or 1week. Pineapple core fore 5days after. Take rest 4d day n u can resume light activity d nxt day. I resumed work on the 3rd or 4th day with mine n went abt everything normally. Though i stopped driving.. I wore socks during the 2ww n stsyed active. It helps with blood circulation to d uterus. Just take easy but b a lil active too. Good luck to u

This sebamed though, I don't understand. I have a friend that use it for his 2 kids from birth but their skin is so dry and somehow wrinkle self. You need to see their hands.

I have told her to start using dove soap for them, and Ori with palmkernel oil.

Abi is she the one not buying the original sebamed ni. But she buys from all these known supermarkets.

Abeg which type of dove. The one with white n blue carton?

How do you cope and manage with your breast after delivery. Had my baby on Tuesday and baby's jaw is not strong yet to suck very well. I couldn't sleep last night as my breasts were as heavy as big stones were loaded inside. Very heavy and painful too. Please is there anything I can take to manage it?

No waka pass your home girl biko.

As advised, try to express it n give to baby using spoon, bottle or syringe. If its plenty, store the remaining in fridge or freezer.
Try putting him to breast too. He'll catch up with time. Check your nipple to if its not flat, this can sometimes discourage baby from sucking. if it is oga the pump will help too.

I no wan again please I can't come and go and kill myself with sontin biko especially when dh don't have short time course for his vocabulary but full time course.

we're fine. Alhamdulillah.
So u now know what humbled some of our kpekusing ministry that time when you were showing skills . Some were still fired up sha.
Just manage am now sha. You go resume the whole university degree,masters and PhD after a few weeks/months. Safe delivery to you and all other belleful mamas.

My baby is 8weeks old and i stopped bleeding at 5weeks and some days, a week after that i bled again for 5 days( it came like my period, same pattern) now on the 8th week i have started seeing little blood again. Is something wrong? The bleeding will stop for like a week plus and resume again. I dont know what this could mean.

Mama, well done. I think it's normal tho. Had exactly same issue. Stopped at 5weeks n came back twice after that at 1week intervals. I went to d hospital sef n had a scan. Doc said its normal n just gv me antibiotics since it was CS incase of infections. Hope this helps

I just dey vex since morning within me. I no quarrel with anyone but the vexing is just too much and choking me. Dh will come do lovey dovey play with me yet I go just smile for teeth and next minute my vexation is fully back .

That sounds like epidural. Its a kind of anesthesia they give on the spinal cord so that you do not feel pain during vaginal delivery.

Or if you mean the types on anesthesia used for CS, then there is the general one where you are made to fall asleep until the whole procedure is over and the local, where just your tummy is numbed so you don't feel pain when they cut you open but you're still awake for the procedure. I think more people are going for the local one these days for fear of never waking up after the general anesthesia.

2 add to what mama giddy wrote, the local anesthetisia is given through your spinal cord so it numbs your tummy to your legs. In case that's what you mean

There seem to be scarcity of this rotavirus vaccine in my location. My baby is already 7weeks and we still can't get it. Tried 2get from Abuja too but no luck. Won't we be too late for first dose? Any other mama facing same?

Use a syringe to bring out the nipple. Ask d nurses to show u how. Or use a breast pump. It'll help with the nipple n stimulate the breast 2bring out milk. The milk may take a lil while but keep doing that n putting baby to suck too

Abeg what month is rotavirus vaccine given and how many times. On my immunization card, i can see first rota at 6weeks but someone told me its 6-12 months.
Fmc said they dont have it and where i found it, its sold 4 12k. Abeg make una choook mouth as my baby is due 4 6weeks immunization tomorrow.

Hello mama's. My 2weeks+ baby makes a whistling sound while sleeping or awake. Like his nose is blocked but I'm not sure. MIL said he's snoring and the sound is normal but I'm scared.
I took him to d hospital yesterday and the Dr was just asking questions, funny enough baby didn't make any sound in his presence so he said there is nothing wrong with him. Is there any mama who has experienced this here?

I'm not lactating well too.... I've taken enough palmy, pap and milk is my breakfast everyday. Please, what else can i take to boost milk production?

My baby's paedalso said same with my baby around that age. For lactation, i noticed whenever i dont take much water my flow reduces. But when i decide to get drunk on water i start dripping. I hope this helps

This white spreading patch on your baby's cheek (though without the rashes) was exactly the same way it happened to my daughter when she was two months old.
They said it was "ela" (Yoruba) "nla/nra" (Igbo)- Infant dermatitis/Baby eczema.

We tried EVERYTHING - Baby Tribotan, bitter leaf, basil (scent) leaves, shea butter, vaseline, powders, changed her soap, Yoruba herbs, Red (Acalypha) leaves, etc.

It came on and off till I used the herbal cream called Cacatin (bought it just #120 oh) and the patches cleared off completely within 3 days, by then she was five months...

Thanks mama. The thing tire me. Though the rash is drying up (i pray it never returns o) but the white patch is still there.
