Bro, i would advise you to mainly focus on Construction, considering that you have had a previous experience, once you get a job in the construction, then you can start developing your skills related to IT. I made the same mistake when i came down to Canada. I have always been working in the Construction industry for more than 12 years even though i studied computer science. When i came to Canada, i left my previous experience and wanted to do something related to IT, the kind suffer wey i passed through no be here lol. The IT job is saturated.

I studied Architecture in first degree and I have about 4 years of experience in construction project management in Nigeria.

Somehow along the line, I developed the interest in IT, I did an Msc program in data science in the UK. I love the idea of the possibility of working remotely and still get paid well, however I am still transitioning as I don’t have enough hands on experience to deliver any given task.

I just got my PR in Canada and I’m honestly confused on which career path to pursue. I can deliver in construction project, but construction in Canada is different from what I did in Nigeria. Chasing a career in IT could be difficult considering that the market is saturated with data analyst already.

People I need advice, what are the necessary courses needed before I can practice project management in Canada and what could be my fate chasing a data oriented career.

Was it cancelled because it was a Nikkai/religious certificate and not a civil one or because the certificate was not translated? Asking because many had previously used their Nikkai.

I intend to resubmit another application because my nomination has not yet expired. I presently reside in Qatar and am unsure how to obtain a marriage certificate from the Federal Government. Is there a way to get it without having to travel to Nigeria? I would greatly appreciate your help.

My friend has been in a country for 5 months and 7 days, and the country's police clearance is inaccessible. Why dont you look at the option of TEF. Its nt easy thou.. or u take another ielts and wait a little more till score reduces after 2-3 draws. Just worried on your behalf. Can you check for possible PNP's? It is well with all of us oo
