I’m not sure he will as he’s on the audit committee as the shareholders representative. The dividend alone settles all his bills
Please can you recall at what price Aradel first listed on NASD?

Aradel gang our 1k is very possible before listing on NGX grin grin. I have a source who has been in the stock since inception, holds 12mn units post split, every time it gains 10% it’s printing 700 million for him
At #1k na #12b be dat. How one fit cash out?

NASCON and Dangsuga has found a strong support at ₦30/₦31. Price usually bounce off at this level.
DANGS is still in a downward trending channel since March and it hasn't yet shown a bottom. So be aware. The 30.20 recent low needs to be retested. If it is broken next time expect a possible dip to 27.

Is above a balanced writeup? Oando's major source of concern is the negative retained earnings, while Seplat's is over valuation. They didn't touch Aradel and Eterna.

Learning is actually a continuous thing. In Nov 2000, I actually penciled down some stocks at the following prices Nestle (N1400), Airtel (N535), Dangote Cement (N205), MTN (N155), Okomu (N80), Bua Cement (N56),FCMB (N8.40) and Fidelity ( N2.60). I actually entered the penny ones because I felt there will be room for growth. I left out the expensive ones because I felt if dividend is paid because of my small units it won't amount to much. Also the rate of price appreciation of expensive shares is low. But, I really never thought about it the way you explained it. Moreso, from my the list I made out here some had doubled or tripled in price while some had lost value.
But the lesson learned today go for any share that is doing well irrespective of the price range as they are all bound by the same 10% appreciation or depreciation. Thanks for the insight.
MTN, DANGCEM and BUACEM we're not listed in the year 2000.

I thank God for His mercies.

What I forgot was the exit price, not the total proceed, which was sizable according to my modest entry fund.
I'm not exactly a stranger to Oando JIJO.

Infact I tease myself that I'm more of a newstrader than a stocktrader, and Oando is the top generator of tradable news on the NGX since the days of ConocoPhilips Acquisition.

And watch out, we're yet to hear the last of Oando acquisitions and expansions, results or no results, as long as financial institutions are funding them.

So, Gambling?
It's never written on the "loot" .
And Uncle at the top.😀

Bonus is mostly for the patient investors and big ogas......
Traders interested in bonus find means of averaging down and sell off without necessarily waiting for bonus.
The bonus will just come like jara while you already take your mind off it.

** The only area where bonus can be choking is in the aspect of share price......averaging down of medium or large cap can tasking anyway......

VFDGROUP for instance....just watching out for the time those ones will come and move the price in market.......the waiting is becoming too long.... sad

Meanwhile, TRANSPOWER is getting lots of attention today.....and it's not on full offer again...
But it really doesn't make sense in today's digitized business environment to lock up people's money for so long. They are behaving like the days when they had to write and mail physical share certificates for the bonus. If you can declare dividends and credit people's accounts in a month why not shares into CSCS accounts? In the case of UCAP they have already used the N6b they got from the retained earnings through the bonus issue to set up their UCEE.Mfb, leaving the shareholders hanging. It is unfair.

I think interim dividend payments this time around are influenced by other factors such as the ongoing recapitalization and may not be accurately analyzed through the tradinal methods.

Would be useful to fact-check this. Instead of these promotional publications why not release all of your outstanding financial statements and let the market decide.

The last 5 or so pages of NSEMPA from yesterday show that there are many stories of hits and misses during the recent Oando rally. It would be nice and educational to hear them all. Unfortunately, many of both losers and winners are shay to reveal their stories.

I personally made something but also left alot on the table. I heard all the shouts of "Oando don cast" but I did not act on them. Rather I was wrong with my TA analysis. I concluded that Oando will make a double top at 40, but it didn't. The error is perfectly normal, so I blame myself for making it. But Looking at it holistically I also blame my lack of capital. From the lesson I learned I am now designing ways to get more capital.

Fidelity will not correct... It will find a new trading range around ₦18 - ₦22.

Same thing they said about first bank returning back to ₦22. These bank shares are on a silent bull run and many will miss it.

Banks are returning back to their old share prices which is in the range of ₦60 - ₦70 for Tier 1 banks and ₦25 - ₦40 for Tier 2 banks.
You know very well FBN was a special case. Anyway Mr. Time will tell. Hard to predict the market.
