I sent a message meant for Rita to Maureen and I included Rita's name in the text. Maureen read it and called me immediately. She asked ''Who is Rita?''

I was so confused. I checked my text and saw that I actually sent it to the wrong person. I told her ''That is the new name I choose to call you'' she hissed and hang up .

How was your night lovers? I woke up not quite long and as a normal routine "for me", i either call or text her. This morning however, i text (watsap things). The issue now is this, i sometimes text a message only to realize another would have made a better impact. At this point, i would wish i could bring back the message and make some corrections but chai its gone.

Fellow Geographers, sorry i have been away from this thread for some time. I graduated from the university of ilorin. It has not been easy my dear brothers and sisters, i must confess. Its almost a year now after NYSC and nothing has come forth. I know it takes God to be favoured but with a certificate in Geography, it is not so easy securing a job in this our country.
You can imaging being taken to someone to help you. The person asks "what is you qualification?" and you say something like " i have Bsc in Geography". Now the next thing you hear is Geography? Where do those ones work? You know? Things like that like that.
It has really not been easy at all... Anyways that has been my experience sha... It may not be the same on your side. You can share your own and lets rob minds.

a. Maximum number of push-ups you can do in a 2-minute period
b. Maximum number of sit-ups you can do in a 2-minute period

For push-ups, (first figure is for males under 30, 2nd figure is for females under 30)
excellent: 72+, 46+
very good: 53-71, 30-45
good: 44-52, 21-29
average: 34-43, 14-20
poor: 0-33, 0-13

For sit-ups, under 30yrs
excellent- 77+
very good: 59-76
good: 50-58
average: 40-49
poor: 0-39
