Now another point of your argument, Lets assume a poor person with 30 USD here vs a Poor Person with 30 USD there.
Now who is real poor? Over there that person can walk into supermarket and can walk out with affordable yet good Smartphone, That same thing here you can not dream in 30 USD? why? because Scale of economics and Domestic manufacturing.

Same Rabies vaccine set to a poor here would cost Naira 45000, while if "POOR" in India can get same in equivalent of Naira 6000 (If not free from government), So even poverty depends upon cost of the items you consume.

I am deeply connected and in touch with various core Industries, Suppliers, EPCs, OEM`s worldwide(as the Time will pass you will see that my core is Industrialization and Technology).
Ghana`s policies are very well in place, there were few investors in a summit and all the Investors from India and Japan were confident for Ghana. Although they have presence in Nigeria too but according to them Ghana is the place where you will face less hurdles to setup any industry, Less chances of Bribery and peace of mind. Sadly, That can not be said about my country, I am being honest, Corruption is the part of Kenyan governance system.

One of EPC Manager told me that although Zambian government were giving tax concessions yet Indian investors has chosen again Ghana for upcoming Mega expansion. They already have huge presence in your country by the name of Avnash Group.

Stable political system = Less risk for foreign investors, that is your USP i guess.

But i am well aware that only SA is able to manufacture something that matters in todays world. As i am deeply connected to Industries, except SA i have not seen any machines tools from any country in this continent.

I laymen terms South Africa has industrial base that we Kenyan or Nigerians can imagine in next 25 years.
