While the entire world is appreciating the efforts of health workers and other officials at the front line of the war against coronavirus disease, some monkeys visited the front line for some other wacky reasons. The monkeys seem not to be on the same page with the rest of the world on the coronavirus pandemic.

Authorities in India say a troop of monkeys attacked a medical official and stole blood samples belonging to patients who had tested positive for the coronavirus.

A lab technician at a state-run medical college in Meerut was walking across campus when some rhesus macaques converged on him.

The monkeys then snatched away blood samples that the lab tech was carrying that came from four COVID-19 patients who are undergoing treatment, according to Reuters.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a monkey chewing on one of the sample collection kits while sitting at the top of a tree, according to India.com.

Reports have it that the monkeys left parts of the stolen kits scattered on the ground, concerning local officials.

Dr. S. K. Garg, an official at the college where the monkey attack occurred, told Reuters he wasn’t sure if the monkeys might contract the coronavirus if they have come into contact with infected blood.

“No evidence has been found that monkeys can contract the infection,” Garg said.

SkyNews reports that since lockdown measures were imposed two months ago in the area, monkeys have been congregating in places that are normally crowded with humans.

However, some observers believe that many of the primates are struggling because the human food they normally consume has been severely reduced.

What a wacky meal for the monkeys. Probably they thought it was pizza mixed with expensive French wine. Lol!

Inasmuch as I hate China and hope they meet their Waterloo, but I doubt India has the capacity to win China in any war.

If China could win India in 1962 when that Communist nation was poor and largely underdeveloped, is it now they've turned into a rich and technologically advanced country that India would stand a chance?

India has ruthlessly dealt with Kashmir secesionist, so why should the world expect them to love/be under India.

Pakistan is good to Kashmir people, but it is not good to divide a group of people into three different country, when a country can easily carved out for them.

China won the last "War". That stands.

But the way I see it, there is a 50% chance that India is not gonna retaliate.

But if they do, then we are definitely going to witness a repeat of the 1962 India-China War.

India is nothing but an audio democracy.

In a fight between India and China, China might win in 2 weeks, which will force India to use their most dreaded tool. The chinese are more discipline and more advanced than India. India is trying to be on the same level like the USA; but the only country close to the level of the USA is China.

The only reason that China cannot out do the USA is because, the USA is very diversified with even both Chinese and India people and descendants. China is too homogenous to be a world power like the USA.
