The Living standards of majority of the population is what Counts that's why South Africa, Mauritius, Netherlands & Qatar Rank above India, Brazil & Nigeria. These happen to be places we like to study at if not in Naija.

So yes, if African Americans are in the majority, they will discriminate against other races. The major thing that reduces such discrimination is wealth because when one is wealthy, the person has power and can talk when others are talking. It's why hitherto Mainland Chinese were discriminated in the 20th century but aren't discriminated as such currently because there are consequences for doing so which is as a result their wealth. In recognition of the role and relevance of space science and technology to national development, Nigeria declared its space ambition to the Economic Commission for Africa and Organization of African Unity member countries during an intergovernmental meeting in Addis Ababa in 1976. However, this declaration did not evolve into a space program. Nevertheless, in 1987, the National Council of Ministers’ approved the establishment of a National Centre for Remote Sensing. 1. It does indeed seem India is handling this pandemic better than Africa, when you take into account their large numbers are mainly due to more testing. And in Africa some countries believe in divine intervention, like Burundi and Tanzania - they're not even testing.

2. I suppose having a centralised government in India has helped with unified ideology and coordination than a continental approach in Africa that is divided into 54 independent countries.

3. As for Nigeria it is difficult for me to provide informed comment about the bureaucracy involving the NCDC and the various states, I'm not very familiar with how a federal structure works because I come from a republic. But your explanation has cast some light for me, thank you.

4. Indeed, with the resurgence of the virus in China, NZ and other countries, it us clear once all this is over in Africa (if at all, as you imply) we will still have to worry about a second wave hitting our continent. And by then we might have even depleted our health resources. So a vaccine will indeed be our saving grace.
