Nairaland GeneralRe: Letter To The Future(yr 2,999) Drop your 'I Was Here' msgs to the Future NLndrs by RayMcBlue(m):
The below is strictly a letter to Moi, I'm writing no future letter to no one.

Hello punk,

Howdy. How's Angie, I trust she's still as fine as ever. I hope I haven't dump her àrse for some new hot chick? But, then if she had gotten fat, she prob'bly left me with no choice, after all, boys will be boys!

How's the climate our there? Hope, the Sun is still visible on the horizon, and the sky still blue? The cars are airborned, I suppose? Good! I wouldn't have it any other way!

I hope I'm stinking rich by now, cuz even before I started penning this piece, I'm already an over-achiever.

I don't have much to say except to tell me to remain focus and steadfast. Universe is my limit, and the world my slave.

Your's truly(the younger version of me but still the irrepressible), Ray.

#Peace.

bukatyne: So you did not post this to learn?

You are not so serious cheesy wink grin
It started out as serious, but somewhere along the line, I got bored. Can't blame a brother for having a little fun with the questions, can you? wink
Christianity EtcRe: 10 Questions For Religious Folks. by RayMcBlue(op): 4:44pm On Sep 11, 2013
@bukatyne,

Your response to number one question was witty, but it made a tiny sense, so I conceded that one to you...for now

Your question number two response again made sense in a weird way. Conceded.

Your response number three was simple as it was definite. On a roll, ain't you?

The number four response finally gave me my confidence back! Big fail on your part.

Number five, Phew!! You seem to have lost your form. I'm on the ascendancy now.

Number six, Lass, what's going on? I'm really starting to get worried for you. It's 3 all, btw.

Question number seven, your losing streak continues...

Question number eight, found your feet at last! 4 all.

I concede question number nine to you based solely on your honesty.

And finally on question number Ten, you ended with a big finish!

Congrats, that made you my best reponder so far, and you didn't even use long grammar to complicate matters.

Ibrahim Mav: I get it now.

I think there is something like that in the current airing tv series Revolution.
Revolution 2012 started out as a typical EMP attack post-apocalypse themed tv series, but somewhere in the middle, the producers started adding some embellishments intended to boost ratings.

Its not really a typical example of how life on EMP-induced-apocalyptic-earth will be like.
Christianity EtcRe: 9 Different Ways The World Could End by RayMcBlue(op): 3:39pm On Sep 11, 2013
Ibrahim Mav: I don't really see how the severity of mass emp attack could cause the world to end. People will simply rebuild, using mechanical electrict inducing machines like generators, or am i missing something?
You are definitely missing something.

Allow me to draw you a clear picture of what Electromagnetic Pulse is all about, and how absolutely devastating it can be.

Mirriam-Webster described EMP as : high-intensity electromagnetic radiation generated by a nuclear blast high above the
earth's surface and held to disrupt electronic and electrical systems

The destruction on electrical system is absolute. Anything that had an electrical wire in it would be fried. Even the most archaic of power generators would stop working.

To invent new panels and integrated circuit, you need electricity and how can you invent those, if there is no electricity?

EMP is no joke, mate.

master dele, just like his name implied, put up a masterful performance by solving a whopping number of 4 puzzles! He stumbled a bit on one but eventually showed it who's boss.

Who is confident enough of his puzzle skills to take on the rest of the puzzles?!

Remember, you don't have to try all, just attempt one that look the easiest to you!
