I have always posited that if the "Cheaters" franchise is brought to Nigeria, the effects will be damning.

It is an absolute waste of time to make efforts toward catching a spouse in a lopsided environment like ours. Almost everyone is cheating or wants to cheat. The outcome of this exercise is more damaging to the husband's ego than to the wife's reputation. Every spouse will be stunned to the marrow if they find out what the other spouse is willing to do to cheat or why they cheat or who they have been cheating with etc.

Marriage at the early stages, especially for younger couples is full of uncontrollable cycles of somersaulting emotions. Marriage becomes very enjoyable to the few who endured eachother's gaffes and stayed together till they can both no longer really wonder away again (ages 65 and above); until then you can never really tell how majority of spouses truly feel about eachother.

If you suspect your spouse, brace up, improve your looks, improve your productivity and endeavor to do your best. Smile and forget the rest. If the spouse insists, there is barely anything else to be done until the desires are actualized and exorcised (for the few who will be willing to reset their desires to default).


Social media will continue to be the bane. There will be no lessons learned. The cravings for another have just begun. Mr InvestigaTHOR work has just started!

It can be very sad for the one you love and sacrificed for to selfishly overturn events but it must be understood that it is better to bade farewell to a wondered heart than to physically enslave same in the crevasse/abyss of past events. The heart which stays with you out of pity will never show you what love is.

When a loved one breaks away, no longer feels the cravings of togetherness, and finds a new bait beyond infatuations to the point of letting go, let such person go without a grouse.

I have learnt that almost everyone within this life time will experience a great measure of extraordinary love exuded by the other gender. It may be reciprocated, it may not be.

Forget about Karma, forgive completely and stay happy.

Learn, live and love. This is why we breathe.

Do you really need to seek for a husband, in my opinion, I doubt. Marriages barely work these days. Quite a significant number of unions are cosmetic and absolutely superficial. Perhaps, you strongly desire a ring on the finger with a change of last name; it is the fallacy the society has sold to all.

I may not be eligible to proffer advice because I am married, however I may suggest a few:

1. Do not search for a husband, perhaps seek for a partner who meets your specifications. You may not get his attention all the time, but the few times may cushion the gale of emotional and physical loneliness. Some are married and are extremely empty or lonely. Marriage doesn't bring all the assurance.

2. Stay strong and very happy. A happy person is very charming. You may be shocked at whonmay be watching from afar.

3. When it is the set time, true love will come begging on his knees. There is really no age limit to experience this (Ask Simi's mother )

4. Keep living life for your daughter, yourself, family, God and to the fullest. Everyone of us got issues.

5. Generally, you are quite fortunate with how far you have come. Many married people will prefer your life to thiers. Some are married, no kids. Some are simply enduring. Some with loads of kids, no money. Some with everything, no love. Many got in and are out. Keep your head up lady. I wish you the best.
