As long as you have been directed by your boss to write a report or prepare a speech, your boss's name goes on the report cos he vets it an authorises if for publication. IT IS HIS REPORT/SPEECH. on the 5th of Dec, 2015, I was diagnosed with high growth of staphylococcus infection, I took streptomycin injection from 7th to 16th Dec. I expect the obviously cash and carry writer to get some sense, do more investigation and get more facts before comparing the rate of GEJ's fuel price reduction with that of Buhari. It is like comparing an orange with an apple!

The writer must be insensitive to allege that 25k km was done by GEJ based on fabricated quotes. He should as a journalist be more investigative and list out the roads!
