There is nothing illegal in the withdrawing a budget to make corrections. Many economists had already questioned the feasibility of this massive budget. Thus Baba Bubu can decide to have another look.

But for them to break into the Records Dept with hammer & chisel and steal that big book is just criminal. The NASS will probably cover the Presidency's unclothedness by claiming the budget is still with them, but just watch, they won't/can't deliberate on it because they don't have it.

This doesn't mean you should be a wicked guy and be claiming boss 24/7. You'll just push her away. After rejecting to do her laundry, do something nice for her on your own terms. For instance, after my father finished whupping me, he may take us out to ice-cream the next day. grin

I've also read something that works about conditionality game i.e you'll do something for her if she'll do something for you. If you do her work for free every time, you are nothing but her house boy.
So next time she asks, ask her what the reward will be. That way, the value of your service doesn't diminish in her eyes. You have to be the boss o!

Outside this, anybody who gives you a concoction or medicine from a pharmacy is playing skiborobo with your life.

Yes, you should be bothered but don't overfret. It is possible the girl doesn't have the virus. Also, it is more difficult for a man to receive HIV from a woman than vice versa.

Coming into Nigeria with an expired Nigerian passport is not advisable. Amadioha may favour you and nothing will happen OR those immigration guys will use you and cook egusi soup.

In October 2015, I witnessed a situation like this at the arrival lounge MMIA; a woman in the queue came in with a valid US passport and an expired Nigerian passport. The immigration woman didn't stamp her in. All her ranting and barking only complicated the issue. Later, a senior immigration official came and led the woman away. I don't know what happened thereafter.
