Lekki is turning to an industrial town that won't be suitable for residential purpose and this will take its toll on Ekpo Atlantic city

Lekki is different from Ibeju-Lekki. It's like you don't know Lagos. You must be living outside Lagos. Go to FTZ area, the local population there has exploded massively. Go around 6pm on a working days and you might mistake the area for Oshodi or Idumota in terms of crowd movement. Sensible people are already living there and more will still join. And FYI, expatriates are already living in those places. Dangote Refinery staff quarters is at Abijo GRA. Chevron is already building their own there. There is also Eleko Beach, a very cool spot for foreigners, you will see them there and other private beaches around that axis. I was in FTZ a couple times last month, expatriates are working in all those places, many of them own huge investments there.

How did a super criminal like this become the head of a very sensitive national security apparatus like the IRT? The Presidency needs to probe the NPF leadership. Imagine a hardened criminal knowing the in and out of the highest police intelligence unit in Nigeria. This is just too deplorable.

Eko Atlantic has nothing to do with lekki Sea port and refinery. They are at different locations entirely. Sea port and Refinery are at ibeju lekki around FTZ area, while Atlantic city is at Victoria Island, around Kuramo / Bar Beach area.

The only issue with Ibeju might be environmental pollution from the refinery, which we hope the LASG / FG won't compromise and set proper regulations with effective monitoring. Other than that, ibeju lekki is a fantastic area with massive beach line across the city. It's a shoreline to the Atlantic Ocean. They can't feel any heat. The breeze from the ocean alone keeps that place ventilated and cool.

I will advise anyone that has the money, buy plenty land at Ibeju Lekki axis now, that place is going to be explosive for real estate value, like 10000% appreciation in a few short years. It's going to be the new goldmine in Lagos. They are building another Int'l airport there too.

The question is, how much is his present salary? If he takes transport and feeding from his salary and has little or close to nothing left, then that might be the reason he is finding it difficult to contribute. The 2 countries that contributed the biggest share to the defeat of Hitler / Germany in WW2 are no doubt the USA and USSR (Russia today). The USA contributed technology and weapons, but the USSR contributed manpower. They lost over 10 million soldiers in that war alone and still didn't stop fighting. Hitler brought the war to their doorstep. Nearly 30 million deaths suffered by USSR (Russia) but they prevailed.

Now Do you think America can lose 1 million soldiers and not run away or surrender? Do you think America can afford to have war brought to their doorstep, even up to their capital and not surrender? Ordinary 911 happened, it made them so afraid that they turned themselves to world police poking nose all over the world just to be sure nobody can attack them on home front like that again. They can't survive what USSR faced and survived in WW2. UK and France are inconsequential. UK fought WW2 with American weapons, to the point they got broke and couldn't pay and had to pay for weapons by ceding ownership of territories they had "stolen" in the past to USA.

NATO conquered the capital Kabul in less than a week and lost about 10 soldiers. Over the 20 year occupation they lost about 2,000 soldiers ( from all countries ). Compare this to the 15,000 Russia soldiers lost over a mere 9 year period in Afghanistan.

No, it is NATO that is overrated. Russia has more military personnel than the entire EU combined. They can afford to lose 15,000 soldiers, and continue fighting, it's negligible. USSR lost millions of soldiers in WW2, but they still won the war. Let the EU lose 15,000 soldiers and watch them run away like the cowards they are. I dare them to take 1 single military action against Russia and let's see if the EU won't be turned to dust. NATO has been shouting for weeks they won't be part of the Russia - Ukraine War, because they know they will be the biggest losers if they try it, Western Europe will be sent back into the stone age. Do you think Russia is like Iraq or Libya or Yemen? Russia sits on the UN Council as one of the big 5. Russia and China and USA are the 3 big dogs among the 5, the UK is a just a parasite attachee to the US and France is a stooge to the UK, a cowardly country that surrendered in WW2. Don't ever think Russia is afraid of NATO, it is NATO that is afraid of Russia and that's why they have been trying to box them in and have Russia surrounded. Russia can afford to get hit by one or 2 nuclear bombs, it's a huge country by landmass.
