I don't advise you to register with it, because the name 'Bay Area' consists of several cities and most businesses seem to prefer using their specific city than under the banner of Bay Area. It's just like using South West in your domain just because your business is in Lagos.

There's no single planned city in the south east or west (aside cities in Lagos) unless you're judging by the standard of 1950s .

But you can't see slum houses and buildings inside designated city-areas. That's what town planning and enforcement does.

The only well-planned city in Nigeria is Abuja. Others are glorified villages with pooooooor town planning, where you'll see some few very beautiful buildings and offices mixing with slum/mud houses, even in their capital cities.
