I've been managing this digestion disorder (popularly known as diabetes) now for more than twenty years. Not really using any drugs to control it.
Let me share what I found out or discovered abt it
1. There was a particular food you ate a long time ago that a didn't obey d law of peristalsis. That means, you didn't vomit it neither did it go inside your stomach for digestion. That was d beginning of diabetes.
Subsequently, little by little other food portions fall there and it grows gradually narrowing ur the path in ur esophagus that obeys normal peristalsis. As some parts in ur esophagus get block with food d nerves connected to those parts gradually dies. As undigested food in ur esophagus increases the sugar that goes to bloodstream increases, so also other complications.
When it sets in, don't ever put this food items in ur mouth again.
1 Anything made with flour.
2 Any fried, baked, smoked food. Or any food that water as been taken out of.
3. Red meat in fact any kind of meat except boiled fish.
Adhere to these rules and you'll be fine.
When I run into crisis after eating any of d above food I have a secret weapon to get back on my feet. I'll discuss that later.
