1Rolake:Exactly the point I was trying to make... something must definitely keep her from listening to voice of reason.... Please keep on supporting her and a shoulder she can lean on, I know she will come around but not now, she still have the hope that he will change very soon....It will take her a long time.....I mean a very long time to process the situation and come to terms with what she was dealing with... Unfortunately there are no much awareness of how loved ones whose spouses were gamblers/ drunkards/ drug addicts feel in the society/ marriages and the support system required if one finds oneself in such situation... 1 Like |

In my opinion, your advise was in order...But will your sister agree to leave? The next thing you will hear is ...I'm staying because of my kids  ....If you act as if you were pressurizing her she will get pregnant again and start pretending to be happy whenever she sees you people..MRS as a title is not really easy to let go you know?... 24 years is not 24days sir... How do you think you can make up or catch up with the time u lost being a father figure in his life? If they can survive without u for24 years, don't you think that they can do it again and again? If u really wanted to have a father son relationship, u would have done that earlier sir... Even if u were poor, it would not have stopped u from coming to check on your son... By the time they see u at the gate 10 or more times sitting outside the there even if it's for 30mins, they will get used to u... They will know that you meant business.. just saying that u no try Sir... I only believe that it was because of the medical conditions u spoke about that made u decide to extend a fatherly hand of fellowship... If my assumption is right sir, then it's not fair.. This young man will not kill me ooo... You don't like going out during day time, u be vampire? Listen... Do you know what it takes to pay tuition fee in a private university?... Do you think money grows on trees?...You were in the middle of the river showering, all of a sudden, u decide that u have had enough without completing your bath.. who does that?... He paid 100level, 200L and maybe 300L and you said no more because u think u are now wise to study what u wanted... I'm even trying very hard to believe that he will start all over again for you and u were not grateful.... If you were in your father's shoes, and your own son did that to you, how will that make u feel? Honestly your dad is a good man because if it's me, u must complete that programme... then u will be the one to train yourself on your own career choice...U are not even happy that he will be paying for your transportation after what u have done... If a player went to see his family due to emergency, I don't see anything wrong with that... Family comes first in my opinion...How can he perform well while playing soccer when his mind is somewhere else... The only thing that angered me about him was abandoning his team mates in AFCON and fake COVID-19/ heart attack just so he can go and sign Barcelona contract.. that's just infuriating... 1 Like |

The kid might probably find the whole thing exhausting hence refused to do anything... that does not mean she doesn't know anything.... I wish I could lay my eyes on that teacher honestly... What exactly does the teacher really want from a three year old if not to make her sleep and wait for her mother to pick her up,... we are talking about a three year old hereooo not 8 or 9.... the one wey pain me pass na the extra lesson that was mentioned...... In my opinion, that was unnecessary pressure from the teacher...The experts knows the reasons why they believed that kids should start schooling at the age of 5...And she (the teacher) should be handling grade 5 or 6.... not the age she was handling presently because she got zero knowledge of that particular age bracket.. |

Parents have seen situation of things and the shape of Nigerian Economy...So they should give birth based on the shape of their pockets...so that they can give a proper training to those kids.. The time has passed when people says... God is the giver of Children... Hence on planning...U will see a man with low income with 6 kids... in other to be like their mates, they engage themselves to different vices .. Some of them, because they wanted to have male children, will give birth to 9kids... I strongly believed that Parents should share 60% of the blame.... The Nigerian Government will also share 30% of the blame because they failed their citizens... Youths should share 10% of the blame... Election time is fast approaching... u will see them selling their votes just for a bag of rice, t-shirts and cap as if those will last for 4 years...No vision/ thought for the future... they will only think of now...If they can use their votes wisely, who knows what might happen 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Foolishness!!!.... Their mates in other countries were using that to generate income for their institution... There's no free parking in many higher institution except on Saturdays and Sundays... Every year car owners were made to pay close to $800... They will issue each car owner a sticker to show that he/ she is permitted to park within the school premises... There will be constant security patrol... Any one without permit will be issued a fine... The campus security will make sure of that... Is it that they don't know how to make money or was it an envy? 1 Like |
