Sir, but she was not offered the job. It was just an interview and I think that is the mistake lots of people are making.

She could have done the interview and not gotten the job. The MD asked to meet for an interview does not mean the job was hers or a done deal.

The MD in my firm schedules job interviews like that sometimes based on referrals from his close and personal contacts. He ends up not taking them The interview could have gone either ways.

I understand.... I believe u still remember your probability in High school mathematics right?....

Now What is the probability that she will get the job assuming she attended the Interview?
Again what is the probability of her getting the job when she did not attend the interview?

She got a chance of getting the job assuming she had the interview....That's what we are looking at.

Actually u did nothing wrong... I would have done the same.... but what we have to look at is the opportunity cost of the choice u made...for me what you gave up was more than what u gained...U gave up a job that would have taken u away from labour market for dignity and professionalism...

Is it worth it in a country like Nigeria were unemployment is high?...How soon do you think u can get another opportunity like that?
I mean such decisions are made in a country where unemployment is at the barest minimum.... I admire your courage though...

You really need to know the story behind his actions first....If he doesn't want to share, please let him be...

But let him know what he can do when provoked by anyone if he really wanna go very far in life... not only fighting his dad, he might extend it in future with his spouse...And his kids might cope... and the chain goes on.. Invite him for a dinner on a weekend and Talk to him since you guys were in talking terms..

You're right, they did a good job obstructing Simon

They made a perfect guess/ studied the super eagle's previous match...They knew that obviously, Simon will play in that wing, so they assigned two boys for him so that he will not move...and it worked..

That was also what Super Eagles did to Salah when they were playing with Egypt.. Salah did not touch the ball up to 9 times...

Maybe we also needed some good technical team as well.. as they are fishing for a competent goal keeper, they should also involve Nigerians who can read and study what was going on in field of play....

I guess they defeated the super eagles before they even started the march.... U can imagine the bragging right they have right now...It will be like assuming we did not have COVID issues, we would have given the 5 embarassed

He was wonderful at group stage... It will be hypocritical to rule that out...

They should start now to fish for a goal keeper because as far as what I saw yesterday goes, it's as good as nothing...

The technical team studied Nigeria perfectly.. that explained how they caged Simon... assuming maybe he removed him from that wing just to surprise them, and do some little changes here and there,... Anyways, it's over.. they should just go back to their prestigious clubs from there... And the local ones should sneak in at night... embarassed

It was unfortunate that they didn't come to the tournament with a goal keeper...

We came into the tournament without a goal keeper... No one has tried that guy throughout the group stage...

His first trial, he did not disappoint... And this is the result.. angry

I wish he was as good as the Gabon Goal keeper that made me proud today despite the fact that they lost..
