I was just watching documentary on YouTube the other day, unusual friendship between human and animals.. it was heartwarming... Even a guy and a giant lion were friends..The funniest was a woman and a Goose.. they met at the park.. and friendship clicked immediately... the way the Goose react anytime it sees the woman was something else...
But in Africa, our people prefer to bind and cast..

Like I said and I repeat it again, there's a right for a tenant and d right is still existing till morrow. Na my field bi dis na, no bi hear say hear say. The law has being their for a very long time. Gov Ambode wanted to change it to 3 months, PAC, OPD AND NHRS all rejected it that landlords will use it against tenant.

Lol. It's totally not as easy as you think. Me planning on moving out means it must be a better place. That also means necessary funds for that purpose has to come.
If the funds does not come I'd rather renew until I'm comfortable enough to move to a better place.
Note: my landlord gives me an extra one month after expiry to renew. It's stated in the agreement/receipt.

What a kind man to give you 1 month to decide .. I think some Nigerian landlords are nice.. though there are some from hell..
