Nobody earns N10m working for an oil coy except CEOs. LOL!

Your statement smacks of underestimation. True such pay packages like that are not wide spread but they certainly exist and it's not just in the oil sector. Telecoms, finance and even a couple of Nigerian based defence organisations have positions asides that of their CEO that pay that much.
10mill monthly?

Bro, I am an engineer in one of the industries you listed, a major player in that sector and I am certain, our GM's do not earn 120 mill per annum.

After the GM's we have the execs.

please tell me the role of those in O&G or Telecoms (one of the two is my industry) that earns 10mil per month. I want to learn.

You never see anything. People are making billions daily, you wont believe. My man is paying each staff 10 million monthly. You might think this is a lie but believe me, na today I realize say I dey play for life. People are making billions daily. Na we know the way.
No body earns 10million naira monthly working as a staff of any company in Nigeria. Maybe CEO's of major Oil and gas companies and that's it.

Billyonaire, take this lying on the net easy, we are not all fools and some of us are up there in the corporate world. So we know what actually happens there.

Who said his post is not needed,is it not worth discussing, experienced applicants has been kept in the dark as no one has confirmed his invitation for the just concluded aptitude test, moreover at of the thousands of experienced applicants he is the only one that received the unusual test ,abeg free am we need more info.
The fact that he was asked to send info doesn't mean he will be shortlisted. He didn't get test invite but was just asked to provide additional information, so what exactly do you want to discuss?

Pls can anyone update me on this? I received an email that my name has been shortlisted for further screening but I was asked to send some info to them.

Do what you were told to do and wait.

Do you require another persons personal information before you can send yours?

Until you get an invite for test or interview, you post is really not needed.

construction takes time and all the roads can not be done at the same time, but never in the history of this country has construction been this massive. Move around the federal roads, is it Abuja to lokoja, lokoja to nsukka, lokoja to asaba through okene, okene to Ilesha , Benin ore road, or is it the northern roads? Let's cut GEJ some slack, no government and I say no government has carried out the level of construction this present government is undertaking. I might not like his handling of boko haram, but in infrastructural development, agriculture, manufacturing and power GEJ has surpassed other past leaders.
I can only talk about what I have seen. Abuja - Lokoja has been under construction since OBJ era.

I don't hate GEJ or his government, I am only stating facts.

When it is finished, then praise singing can start, not before.

There was a time some 5yrs ago or so that a bag of rice was 5k now its 10k. If they say inflation figures are reducing, then we should see corresponding reduction in the prices of these commodities? How come we are not seeing these? 5k to 10k is 200% increase o...

Don't know where these figures keep popping up from. Mmmmm....cooking figures since the time of Jesus Christ..
Prices will not come down because what is being discussed is rate of inflation which simply means the rate at which prices of goods and services go up has reduced.

Prices are still going up, but not as fast at it used to be.

I am an eye witness, the track from abuja to kaduna is complete, they are just putting finish touches to the train stations. I won't be surprise if the first train leaves abuja for kaduna before the end of this month.
We are saying the same thing. Until it starts working and COMPLETELY implemented, it should not be celebrated as an achievement.

I hope you know Abuja to Kaduna is just a small portion of this massive project.

A similar example is the Ibadan - Ilorin road ''dualization'' that government has claimed as an achievement when the reality is that only Ilorin - Ogbomoso and Ibadan - Oyo was completed ( the shortest portions ). Oyo to Ogbomoso portion of that project has been abandoned completely and government still count that project as an achievement in the media till today.

The government think the followers are fools and majority of the posters on this thread have actually confirmed it.

Where in the world will a president come out to claim as achievement something that has not been completely implemented?

But then its their (donors) money and they call the shots. Christian charity clearly exholts anonymous charity and that is what he is suggesting,

There is a possibility that this may turn out of hand when the fraudsters start to capitalise on it.

BTW what happened to TEHN?
I have to bow to the mob mentality of nairaland. Did u notice how people that all have poor people around them and see them daily key into this?

I just hate to see over sabi people like you going around to condemndthe good efforts of others in order to come across as self righteous. As far as I'm concerned nairaland is anonymous if you go around sniffing out info about the users that's your business. All I know is what I see here.

Pls explain to us how this program can be done without anyone here knowing about it. By sending emails to all the one million users to find out who amongst them qualify?

I know you're enjoying this attention given you right now. Troll

Not that I need to respond to you or defend myself but just for younger ones reading.

I am a social worker which means I work with people who need help to grow their lives. I have worked with single mothers for 8 years and I still work with them.
Even though I am no longer in that department go to area 10 abuja social welfare secretariat and ask of Aisha even with regular staff transfers one or two will still know me because they always send single moms my way.

Also go to the orphanages in Abuja also ask of me. The widows association in Abuja before I lost interest due to some fraudulent practice on their behalf I raised capital for most of them to start businesses.
When you are done, go to national hospital social welfare office and asked how much I raise annually for indigent patients

I only posted this because in my spare time i am here so this is also my community. I can not do for those I see amd ignore those who i meet online hence I did this this.year and I intend to continue God helping.

I learned from a young age that its only through giving we can serve Christ and not giving to pastors but giving ro the least among us because every struggling person you meet represents Jesus Christ.

The blessings And miracles God has performed in my life cannot be from power or might but from prayers of people " God bless you" from a genuine heart goes a long way.

I was once told I won't live passed 25 today am over 30.
I was also given other damaging doctors reports but God has always had the final answer in everything that concerns me to the joy of doctors.
I have never paid tithe in my life all my tithes and gifts go to those in need. I have been working for 10 years now and from 15,000 salary I still found to give and even when I have none I beg my sisters, friends and family to sow into the lives of others.

So brother, God has already noticed me and will keep noticing me, i dont need noticing from any online stranger..My intentions and interest for single mothers has never been fake or based on any eye service
For someone that has done all these, RESPECT!

I do not need your resume in charity, not interested.

Do it your way, it is your money.

But it is better if all form of charity/help is done when the giver can not be directly linked to it. Unless u are a business man, corporate organisation or wants to go into politics in the future.

mr man, this a forum and its an advantage for the NL. though we also have ppl we can help in the neighborhood but do u realized dat most ppl like anonymous charity?

what abt DJDOOLA? that took his health problem to NL and was helped financially by nairalanders. so if he wastnt on NL, tell me how ppl will respond to him quickly. just commend the Op and focus on the issue on ground if u have anything to offer. thanks
Person in need asking through the forum is completely different from someone that wants to give and organises a mini competition with judges....

Anonymous givers do not require cheerleaders!

Therein lies the hypocrisy for me. We don't need to know...the people that fits your criteria are right there in your community.

Northern Nigeria is littered with too many abandoned kids roaming about. No parental care, no sense belonging to any family.

Now they have been turned to tools for terrorists.

The chicken has finally come home to roost.
FamilyRe: Christmas Giveaway For A Single Mother by rman: 6:35am On Dec 13, 2014
The real poor people are all around us in real life and not online!

This is now turning into a NOTICE me gesture on nairaland.

Is Aisha2 saying she doesn't know any single mum in need in her community?

It was babymama now aisha2.

I don't have a problem with giving but I'm beginning to feel this is more like a popularity contest for those with little change on nairaland.

People in need are everywhere, we don't need nairaland to get across to them if indeed we are giving without expectations.

To my own point of view.
All this so called political leaders are just damn the same.Lets go back to 2011 when GEJ deliver his speech he promised heaven on earth whereas he is never dead,i dont damn believe all those old political leaders and there manifesto, they are just reputable liars and scammers.

To me APC is like a pot calling the kettle black. You accuse people and even sue them to court for laundering and embezzling public funds yet if they want to defect today your arm is damn wide open, can someone tell me the possibility of the good leaders in the Apc not turning bad when the bad eggs that defect from the Pdp introduce them to their shabby deals?Huh.

I think is time we need fresh blood in the goverance sector of Nigeria.Let we the youth arise and stand up to our call.

I pray that a political leader that would inspire Nigeria would be vote in.

God bless State of Osun,God bless Nigeria and God bless Africa
So PDP should remain forever at the center?

For check and balances, PDP needs to be replaced at the center at least for four years. This will make them understand power to choose is with the people.
