How did XpressVerify API interface with the national data which suppose to require authentication and authorization before access will be allowed.
Only God knows what they have been able to do with people's data.
Head suppose to roll with NIMC technical drivers and hard questions need to be asked.
Competent hands and robust infrastructure suppose to man sensitive data as such. I am so scared there would have been lot of identity thefts already The breach could be from one of the licenced vendors Make una dey calm down |

The black man was once the master, which were the original Egyptians who had the secrets of creation, but how everything later moved to the white man beats comprehension. The white man is not the enlightened master. He is the master manipulator, the thief, the cunning serpent. I read that all past world power rose and fell with 240 years and their fall is mainly as a result of implosion from within. Their greatness will make them relax and then become weak and rot from within. ALL past world powers..... Persians Greeks Romans English went through it. |

Politics › Re: Had Nigeria Implemented The Aburi Agreement, It Would Have Been A Better Country by Rolings: 6:48am On Mar 16, 2024 |
gidgiddy: In January of 1967, the then President of Ghana, General Joe Ankrah, hosted the Military leaders of Nigeria at his hill top mansion in Aburi, Ghana. The objective of this meeting was to avert civil war, and put Nigeria on the part of long term peace on prosperity. The previous year has seen coups and counter- coups, massacres, pogroms, riots, ethnic and sectarian violence.
The main antagonists, Lt Col Ojukwu, Military Governor of the Eastern Region, and Lt Col Gowon, presumtive Military head of State. Both men sat down with General Ankrah for two days and reached a 12 point agreement now known as the Aburi agreement, or the Aburi Accord.
The agreement basically restructured the 4 Regions of Nigeria into a confederation of 4 Regions. Not only would each Region control its resources, each would have its own Army, Police, and control its internal security, making the central government weak. The agreement also recognised Gowon as head of state, but in item 8, fobade Gowon from changing the 4 Regional structure of Nigeria unless all 4 Military Governors of the time agreed he should do so. All parties signed the agreement.
However, within weeks of returning to Nigeria, Gowon broke the agreement by announcing that he will be abolishing all 4 Region's, creating 12 new states to replace them, and ending resource control(Decree 14 and 15 of 1967)
Ojukwu responded by declaring Biafra, and civil war followed.
But had Aburi been implemented, had the 4 Region's been allowed to exploit their talents and resources, had the 4 Region's not had an all powerful federal government, had the Region's controlled their internal security, we would not be where we are today. It would have been a better country
Instead, what happened? Gowon took resource control and Regionalism away, created unitary states, the federal government became excessively powerful, everyone abandoned their talents and resources and depended on oil. Poverty and nsecurity steadily got worse
Today Nigeria is world poverty capital, 8th most insecure country on earth, and one of the most corrupt If that agreement has been implemented, there would be no Nigeria today and you know that. Gowon saw that too and since Ojukwu was already talking secession..... It would be a blunder to give him a regional army to control. So why didn't Ironsi go ahead and implement the Aburi accord when he came to power? So you see the matter is more complicated than you think, Aburi accord didn't work because of insincerity on both sides by interpreting the accord differently. The accord will have to be approved by the supreme military council at its meeting in Benin but Ojukwu refused to attend the meeting to ratify the agreement..... See that you can't just blame Gowon for not implementing the accord |

These are basic things similar roads should have, omo ds country sef.
They keep building roads year in year out instead concentrating on other stuffs like improving medical care, education and electricity, chai.
Oga let them divert to other stuffs as well, every governor is always building roads and abandoning other major aspects that also affect the lives of the masses.
If its the way they are building roads is same way they make education, electricity, health better, things go don better tay tay Guy you no get talk abeg This is a governor that has done well In other areas too besides road construction is a serious economic endeavor because it provides jobs and income for suppliers . Capital projets are as important as recurrent expenditures. And who told you Education and Health sectors don't need Huge capital projets too like hospital and school buildings... So even in the areas of building human capacity, there is some form of building and construction |

FreeStuffsNG: Wow! Kabiyesi waja.
Ibadan's age-long non-acrimonous method of choosing successive Olubadan will always turn up an aged Oba because candidates spend so long on the queue before it gets to the eventual Oba's turn.
With the passing of Kabiyesi, it should be 80-year old Pa Rasheed Ladoja who's likely next in line to the Olubadan's stool. They almost messed up Kabiyesi's political position with fake news during the 2023 Presidential election. Probably Kabiyesi was already dealing with age-related slowdowns.
May God console his immediate family, Ibadan, Oyo state and Nigeria as a whole. Nigeria lost a great Nigerian and First Class Royal Father. Most families now use young men as family head so that by the time they get to become Olubadan (take average of 50 years ). They won't be too old At last Ladoja dream is coming true. I lauded him when I read his reply to Seyi government when they want to install him as Oba..... He said the only crown he is after is the Olubadan crown . Congratulations. Ironically,as its said ..... While the family of the late Oba is mourning the families of the next Oba will be jubilating |

The annoying part is, they love to play the victim card and some naive people will be pitying dem.
Go and listen to what they discuss at their youth meetings like MSN on campuses here in Nigeria and you'd understand why they behave the way they do. Nothing Muslims do today that Christianity hasn't done in the past, is still doing today and in multiple folds ...... So Muslims learnt from Christians and they are getting away with it because Christians got away with all the atrocities they committed through the ages |
